   The Passion
Today, our entire senior class went to see The Passion of the Christ. It was an extremely powerful movie. I was very impressed with what Mel Gibson did. Jim Caviezel is now my favorite actor. I cried several times throughout the movie, but what surprised me most was that I started crying again after the movie. Luckily, we had the option of staying to say a rosary afterwards before returning to school. I didn't think I was ready to drive. My body is still stiff all over from tensing up during the scourging and the crucifixion. *shivers* I would really suggest seeing it. There was nothing "anti-Semitic" about it. If anything, they made the Jews look better by brushing up Simon of Cyrene. The most touching parts were moments between Jesus and Mary (his Mother), although moments between Him and Mary Magdalen were nice, too. If anyone has seen it or has questions, comment and tell me what you thought.
