Happy Easter!!
Yeah!! Lent's over!!
(Hey, this is a serious thing for Catholics!!)
Mom decided to crack down on Lent for the last two weeks: no TV (not a big deal for me. I never watch it.) and no computer unless it was homework. (a VERY big deal for me!) The one exception was last Sunday (Sundays don't really count in Lent), but we were celebrating Passover (a Christian version) so I didn't have much time for anything.
So, what have I missed over the last two weeks? Anything exciting? One very exciting thing happened for me! I found out that I'm an "MC" for our upcoming variety show. We have three seniors and a junior go on stage and do skits between some of the acts to keep things moving. It's a rather prestigious position, and I'm one of the seniors!! I wasn't supposed to tell anyone, but hardly anyone from my school (especially in choir) knows my otaku account, so I think it's okay... *wink*
Out of curiosity, does anyone know any really good free sheet music websites? I've found a few, but I've had trouble with some of the links, and I don't really want to download any translating crap. We have Adobe Acrobat which handles a lot of it but not everything.
Anyway, I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Oh, if you're not Christian, then Happy Spring!! Only about a month and a half 'til school's out!!! *May 23*May 23*May 23* It's the only thing keepin' me going. I have senioritis so badly!
