GAH!
Well, it's officially one week until SakuraCon, and boy, those costume woes are setting in...
We bought two yards of navy and two yards of white flannel, cut them out, sewed just as we had been shown by a very kind lady at Uwajimaiya...
... and are now majorely screwed over. It doesn't even come close to fitting me, even though we measured the freaking thing out and by all logical means, it should fit...
... erm. So now Grandma has taken it upon herself to call around to martial arts places... we're going to panic and run out to some store all the way in Federal Way. Apparently the guy there has the right sort of thing in stock and in my size...
... but, yeah, I'm panicking. I really hope this isn't too expensive.
*meeps* I haven't even gone to Kinko's yet to check prices... nor have I finished my hakama... can I have an extra month of time? Like, without school?
