   ... *nod*
Well, it's almost 9 in the morning... hahah. School does not start until 9:30 today because the sophomores and freshmen all have TESTING! *evilgrin*

... anyway. I found out what I am in the Laramie Project yesterday. I'm really happy, I have two substantial speaking roles. I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Laramie Project, so I'll summarize briefly... the play is basically about the aftermath of the beating and murder of Matthew Shepard, a college student living in Laramie, Wyoming, who was allegedly killed because he was gay. Some members of a theatre company went to Laramie to conduct interviews, and the play is edited from those interviews. It's really about how people reacted to this hate crime, and how so many things came out of it... as our director, Mr. Kline, says, "it's about compassion."

It's a great play, but I think - hope - it'll cause a stir at my school.

Anyway, I'm playing Marge Murray, the mother of a policewoman, and Zubaida Ula, an islamic feminist. Good stuff.

Going to find some breakfast mow... *waves*
