What Makes a Good Male Anime Character?
Yo everybody. BUSY weekend, sorry I wasn't around. Anyway, as you all know, I am currently developing my own manga. I have a question for all of my faithful anime friends out there. I need your help designing the characters. Here's the deal, I've noticed a lot of male anime/manga characters have a large fan following. Characters like Kurama, Kenshin, Sasuke, Vash, Marik, Spike, Hiei, Shesshomaru and Edward Elric seem to possess some sort of persona that has earned them a humongous fan following. Tell me, what makes a good male anime character? What qualities should they have, and what qualities should be left out? What is it about the characters I mentioned earlier that makes them so popular? Please help me out guys, the more detail you give the better. I really need your help.
