Yo everybody. If you didn’t see yesterday's post, please take a look. And if you weren't here for my Otaku-versary, please see the bottom of the page. ~_^
I'm watching a segment on Unsolved Mysteries about demonic possession. It's sad that so many people think that demons are just symbols for evil rather then an actual incarnation of evil. Hoo boy, those kinds of people have a RUDE awakening for them sooner or later. 99 out of 100 people that claim to be possessed are just mentally ill, but the 100th is almost always the real deal.
Science is a staple of reality, but it's also not infallible. "Science says God does not exist". Feh. Guess what Mr. Smarty-Pants, science has been wrong before. At one point science said that the world was flat, and that elephants didn't have bones, and that a perpetually acidic substance could turn lead into gold (these are all things that were seriously believed at one point). Though God is always right, the church can be wrong and science can be wrong in interpreting God's ways. God set science into place, so science won't disagree with what God said (and if it does, science is wrong due to human error).
You can't ignore reality and say "God is everything", but you can't ignore spirituality and say "God is nothing".
"Science without religion is lame (inadequate and unconvincing). Religion without science is blind."
-Albert Einstein
Now that I'm finished being all deep and stuff, let's talk about something fun. ^_^'
I forgot to tell you about a specific episode of Love Hina I watched yesterday. Those who have seen the series will know what I'm talking about.
Do you remember the episode about Motoko's dream about the video-game? Man that was funny! It was just so awesome seeing all my favorite Love Hina characters in cute little RPG chibi form. =^_^=
The last ep. I watched today was the episode that introduced Seta and Sarah to the series. Sarah's such a little brat. Lucky for her she's cute. Hopefully she'll be a bit nicer then she was in the manga.
Speaking of Love Hina, I redid my little Metal Text label for the series. It's cleaner and has less bulky lettering:
Cool, neh?
Anyway, new Poll of the Week's up. Plus, there are 2 new quotes at the top of may page.
I'd also like to thank atreyu7slip for his gift of putting Resident Evil clips on his site during the week of my birthday.
Oh, and by the way, my birthday's on Monday! I'll be 16!
OK everybody, I'll see you tomorrow! (Which will be my last day before leaving for the beach!)
I hate gnomes. Elves and Dwarfs I get along with, but not gnomes.
