Has anyone ever seen....
Hey everyone,
Well, I was watching my Friday night line-up of Anime (that's the only night I watch Anime too cuz the rest of the week I'm at school when it's on air)and just after I finished watching Full-Metal Alchemist(Yay! A baby girl! :3) this other anime show came on when it was usually this crappy show....uh what's it called.....bah! anywho! This show I was watching..... I heard of it from reading one page my Shonen Jump from February. It was called "Case Closed" Now, I'm thinking to myself, "I've never heard it before so I won't watch it but then my dad's voice comes into my head saying, "Trying new things is better than not trying at all." (Don't ask by the way, my dad's always saying it) I sat down and watched it for the whole half hour (even thogh there were disruptions...ARGH!!>:Z). When it was finished, I looked over my notes, yes I take notes of new anime I watch, pros and cons, so sue me! Anyway, I liked it for the most part, it looked as though drawn by the same company that did DragonBall except these guys, on "Case Closed" got big ears. But As I read over what I wrote for the credits it hit me that it was not drawn by the company that did Dragon-Ball *cough TOEI ANIMATION cough cough* but a different company. I went upstairs to my room and grabbed one of my Magazines that I get from time to time (when I've got the cash, btw it's "Anime Insider") to look up the company's name. I looked over and over again to find it but couldn't so I gave up and tossed meh sheet. Now I wish I didn't so I could tell you guys the company, ARG RAWRG SHLOMARG (don't ask T.T)
so yeah, that was my weekend summed up other than I went out , got the new Shonen Jump mag, received an Ultra rare Yu-Gi-Oh card from it, learned 2 different Kata's in Karate(both confusing yet fun but it eally hurt cuz most of both of them were hand movements....see story below for reason why) and started a planout for a Fanfic comic, I didn't feel like drawing today or yesterday cuz I knocked my elbow off the gravel on Friday. Full story:
A guy in my class got torqued off at another for missing a shot in basketball at recess. Me, being slightly slow with reflexes that day, took no heed to the actions in front of me and stoos behind the guy who took the shot. Anyway, the other guy, the one's who's fuming by now, whipped the ball at the guy in front of me. The guy in front of me dodged backwards and let the ball hit one of my friends. I came out of my trance but before I could gain a sense of balance, I was knocked head over heels. THe guy in front of me walked back too far and stepped on my foot. I couldn't move as he kept walking backwards so I was sent down to the ground. I don't know why but I chambered my arms letting my elbows knock off the Asphalt and gravel. The pain was unreal, It felt like I had broken my arm pretty bad and people were poking them with white hot knives. I wanted to die, to cease the pain, but it soon passed. Of course when I crawled out of my psychological hell-hole I heard people laughing, "It's not funny guys!" I bawled (Literally, the pain was so fierce I started to cry. It takes alot to do that), "It feels like their broken."
4 of them stopped laughing and helped me up. Since I couldn't use my arms, I decided I would kick the guy who threw the ball. I didn't though because a rule flashed though my head from the dojo, "Conduct in and out of the dojo must not reflect poorly up the dojo, therefore, refrain from violent behavior(I'm good with memorising things)." I put my leg back down and stared at the guy, "Consider yourself lucky ______(he shall remain nameless, sorry)."
A guy who goes to the same dojo as I do (only he's a higher belt rank) looked at me, "You could have.... I wouldn't have stopped you." he stammered.
I looked at him, "I know who the adults are who go with me(I'm in the adult classes, age group problems) I'm not willing to risk it."
If I like something, I'll stick to the rules, like glue. And I love to do Goju, I wouldn't risk it at all. So I walked away from the courts cradling my arms in each other.
So yeah, that's why I don't feel like drawing, my right hand has been having troubles lately with moving and all. I had to erase most of this post and do it over again cuz it refuses to hit the right keys. However, I will try to draw today, if I get the time between homework and all.
Love,
Mai
