i'm just whittling my time away here in my 6th period class. AO started two and a half hours ago and i'm anxious to get out of here! after lunch i got really hyper and jumpy and anxious cause i only had to live through 2 periods, now i just have to live through 30 minutes and i'll be at my anime con.
we were gonna do a YYH cosplay group, but our Kuwabara is gone this weekend and our Hiei decided he didn't want to cosplay. now we only have a Koenma, Youko/Kurama and me as Kuronue
I WANT TO BE OUT OF HERE!!!

I found out about a classmate's death by reading it in the paper this morning. When i got up, my mom hadn't started tea for me. Then mom hands me the article and i just couldn't believe what it said. a 16-year-old girl is dead. a girl that i know is dead. it's just too weird. most of the people were over the intial shock by lunch. she died of CO poisoning, btw. i wrote all day, to get everything i was thinking out without having to go to a stupid grief counselor. after what i've written, i want to set up a memorial site. but since i wasn't that close to her, i don't know how people will react to that. people that WERE really close to her. but i want it to be open for all people to submit things like memories and pictures and video. would anyone know what sites allow that? though i'm tempted for just a live journal or something like that

i am so fucking pissed at one of my supervisors. the jerk came in during (basically) our break Saturday night, told us there were a whole bunch of chores that needed to be done, to get up and do them, because he hated being the only one doing any work around the theater. when i heard that from him, if not for the fact that my raise just went through, i would have walked out then and there. WTF? HE does all the work? He's the one that practically lives upstairs while us workers do the closing/end of shift lists; he's the one always telling us to do a nightly project (one big cleaning chore we're supposed to do a week on each day); he's the one that CHOOSES to do work, when, as a supervisor, he can opt out of not doing anything, like every other supervisor we work with. but HE'S the only one that works? I'm the one that has to order or bribe everyone to do anything, otherwise it really WOULDN'T get done. like when i left after closing Saturday night, the garbage hadn't been taken out by one of the guys (girls get to to opt out, since it's usually dark out and it's far away, so if something WERE to happen, it's not as likely to happen to a guy). fucking bastard. i would like to see my new pay raise come through and that's why i didn't walk out then and there. the only one who DOESN'T basically work is Charlie, and we're all hoping that if we berate him enough, he'll quit. either way, he's saying he'll quit for his senior graduation, but we want Charlie gone NOW (and our supervisor dead)

holy crap it's been forever since i've been on. but work does that to me. lately, i've been working five days a week, which sucks, because i only get one day off during the week with school. i've been so exhausted for the past two weeks, being up so late at work then getting up early. and my pay raise finally got done. i'm going up to $5.75 an hour! considering everyone else earns a max of $5.50, i'm gonna be rich!
Bryan and i rushed this weekend to get our AO costumes done, because our Suncoast was hosting an event with a cosplay contest. some other people dressed up, but the event mainly consisted of hyperactive Naruto fans. and the cosplay contest was won by Naruto cosplayers. bullcrap. my Kuronue costume is the best costume EVER (besides Bryan right beside me and that awesome Sora that came in) so i think it was biased by all the stupid Naruto fans there. then there was a trivia contest that was also a little rigged. but i won a special edition of SJ and a coupon and Bryan won an SJ, two Naruto posters, and a coupon. But after a while, we were both getting headaches from the Naruto fans and our tight wigs and having been stressed for time that morning, so we left. i bought two YYH DVDs that i needed, since anime was on sale that day. only after i got home did i see on the receipt that i didn't get the discount. so i went in on Monday and talked to Brandon (Suncoast guy/God) and he put money back on my debit card for what shouldn't have been taken from me.
and i've started taking oboe lessons so i can be a better oboe player. and i have one this afternoon, so i'd better get home and get ready! hopefully, i won't be gone too long! oh, and Elves, i'm sorry to hear about your dog. my family is dog lovers, so i've lost a couple of dogs over the years and our scottish terrier is old, too. i hope eventually you'll find Freddie's reincarnation in the cutest puppy you've ever seen

hello, otaku! a whole lot sure has happened since I last posted. I finally got my Verizon phone last week. It's a camera phone, of course, and it has bluetooth and I'm hoping to download some ringtones on it, soon. It was free for $115. That means that, while free with activation, my first bill is $115, because of a lot of stupid surcharges.
Then a few days ago, we had a drunk driver run into my mom's stone garden wall. There's other signs from him as well. At one of the neighborhood entrances, there's skid marks and he also took out the neighborhood watch sign. The police caught him a few blocks away, luckily. My dad said he saw the whole thing and said that the guy almost ran into our cars doing a multi-point turn. I told him that if that guy had hit my car, I'd have been hunting him down. Since the car's not really mine, if it gets totalled, I don't have a car until I buy my own. But my car is still in tact...besides what Bryan did to it.
A few months ago, back in October, I bought 5 goldfish from the Homecoming Carnival at my school. One of the fish died within the first few days. Now, two more of my fish have died this week. First Hiei died, because he was a little fish and I think two other fish were beating on him. Then I saw signs of the other fish beating up Pumpkin, so I moved Pumpkin into a little jar yesterday. He was fine this morning, but was dead when I came home today at noon. I think he just gave up on life. Either that, or it was the murky water. Bit of advice: goldfish are DIRTY fish. They require constant changing. So I actually DO NOT recommend goldfish for pets.
And since it's Christmas time, we all know it's important to buy gifts. Well, SOMEHOW, Bryan has managed to spend nearly ALL his savings and checking money. He's been getting paychecks since the summer, yet he hasn't saved any money by now! It would probably help to mention by now that he got fired from Cobby's, but also gained a job at the Reel Theatre with me. But he wanted to have two jobs to make better income, so he could move out and pay for an apartment and still have money for utilities and groceries and himself. But after working at the Reel for a few weeks, he got fired from Cobby's because apparently his coworkers didn't think he was motivated enough and he got some complaints from customers. Just some. And he really loved working there. He lies to all my coworkers and says he hates that place, but I can tell he hates getting fired. Oh yeah, on the same day he got fired, we had a fight, so that didn't make his day any better...or mine. So anyways, Bryan has no managed to spend all his money on Christmas presents. I hate nagging him about saving his money so we can go to college, have a wedding, and go on a honeymoon, but there's now way to make it NOT sound harsh. It makes me angry that someone doesn't know how to save money, especially him.
Last night was a white elephant party at work. For my gift, I bought pocky, because I wanted to give someone a taste of Japan. Chayla ended up with my gift and she really liked it. I got darts. The person who gave it to me said it would help with my anger management. But I manage to get angry just fine, thank you. We also did the right-left game with some gifts Chayla got everyone. They all turned out to be candies. Like I got Sour Patch Kids. We also watched some cartoons that Gary brought. One was a Popeye called "You're a Sap, Mr. Jap." It pissed me off, cause it was Japanese bashing.
Today is the Japanese club Christmas party. I'm going later and Bryan will come after his afternoon shift. Then tomorrow, I'm taking Chris and Bryan to see ERAGON! It's one of their Christmas presents. After the movie, Bryan and I are going Christmas shopping. Since he has no money left, I'm going to buy whatever presents he needs for his family, as well as mine. It kinda sucks, because he should REALLY know better than to spend his money so frivoulously, but I think he just needs a good shock of single living.
So that's been my life! And if you're reading this, thanks for reading so long!

Let me just open by saying: parents are stupid.
Yesterday, I spent the day with Bryan, because it was the day he was making up for working on our anniversary. We watched movies for a few hours, then went over to Chris's to get my memory card back and hang out. We went out walking at night. It was awesome, because I'm not allowed out in the dark unless it's my own backyard. When Bryan and I were leaving, I checked my cellphone and my mom had left 3 messages saying it was 9 o'clock and I needed to be home. She had even gone so far as going to Bryan's house to find out we weren't there. Why the fuck does she keep spying on me? When we went to the 9:30 pm Nightmare Before Christmas, they came up and moved my car. Now they're coming to his house to bring me home forcefully. Luckily, I wasn't there. But when Bryan took me back to his house, I just started crying because I knew my parents would start yelling at me as soon as I got home, I wouldn't get a chance to explain myself and many bad punishments would follow. And it did. Except mom did ask if I had anything to say? But I bet anything I would have said, she wouldn't have believed. I might as well eventually just tell her what she wants to hear, which would be Bryan and I have been having sex for the past 7 months, I almost got pregnant twice, Bryan has become a complete rebel (he's saving up for his Harley), and as soon as I'm out of high school, I'm not going back to school and spending the rest of my life with him. Mind you, only the VERY last part of life is true. I do not have sex with him and I am going to college.
And to make today starting off great, I slept past an employee meeting at work this morning. So I get to get yelled at more or possibly fired. But I don't really care if I get fired, because now I could find a better paying job with regular hours.

I have a long story for anyone who decides to read this.
Monday night, Chris and I had decided that we would go see Nightmare Before Christmas 3D after school. We knew Bryan would have the day off so we could go. I called Bryan on Chris's cell and left a message that said we were going to try to make a 4:30 one, so call Chris after school to help make plans. He gets ahold of me after school and says he can't make that one, but there was a show we could make at 7:30. He's starting work on Pumpkin House and was getting the pumpkins that afternoon. He recently got a car, so was willing to pick up both me and Chris because he gets better gas mileage. At about 7, I realize I don't know a plan, but everytime I try to call Bryan, he talks for about 5 seconds before he had to help with the pumpkins. So I had Chris call him and get a plan. By 7:15, I left and called Bryan saying that if he wasn't leaving in the next few seconds, I was going to pick up Chris. He said he was almost done, so I should just head over to his house. So I do, and I sit in my car for 10 minutes before he's done. And it takes 10 minutes just to get out to Chris's and then 10 more minutes to get back to Edwards. I'm getting really upset cause we're gonna miss the movie and Bryan finally finishs and tells me to get in his car. At first, I refuse, wanting him to just get in my car, cause I'm all ready to go. But he tells me to get in his car, and I park kind of at an angle next to his car, because they have so many cars and not a whole lot of room left for me. He's rushing, with a stick shift car, and he backs out quickly and we suddenly hear this screech of metal on metal. He slams on the brakes and we freeze. I know I was the one thinking, "you did not hit my car, you did not just hit my car, you did not hit my car." He pulls forward and he hits his grandparents car. But I'm just mostly still angry at him for hitting MY baby so I just order him to get in my car. Amazingly, we're both near tears for that and when I try to back out, I do start crying, cause I can't back out with his car so close behind mine. It made me start crying, cause my dad's always forcing me to back up the car when it's close to other's cars and it makes me afraid that I'm gonna hit the other car. Once we get out, he's apologizing profusely, saying that he'll pay for the damages. By the time we get to Chris's, it's 7:40, and it will take us 10 minutes to get back to the theater. I ask if we want to make the 9:30. It doesn't matter for Bryan to, because he doesn't have school in the morning. Chris calls his house asking if he can and he gets the go ahead. When I call, my mom says no and that I have to be back home by 9, cause it's a school night. After I hang up with her, I turn to the guys and say, "screw her. I've worked too hard to see this movie today and I'm gonna go see Nightmare. I know the consequences and I'm gonna take them." So we went and saw the 9:30 Nightmare. Bryan and I were still high on emotions, but we calmed down. After the movie, we briefly spotted a Jack and Sally cosplay pair. I wanted to go glomp Jack, but he was too far away. When we got out to where I'd parked the car, I looked around...and it was gone. I was just like, "shit, don't tell me the car got stolen now!" But after looking around for a little bit, we found it a few feet away. Either my parents knew when I wasn't home by 9 where I was, so they moved the car so I'd call them and be like, "yeah, the car got stolen," then they'd be like, "well, if you had come home like we said, this probably wouldn't have happened." and would have been all smug. But my whole night was full of "if I hadn't done this, this wouldn't have happened" so it's a good thing I found it. When I got home, mom demanded my car keys and said I was grounded. She was like, "what part of 'you couldn't go to the 9:30 movie' didn't you understand?" After being supressed for 16 years I snapped back at her, "the part where I worked all day to see that movie and I wasn't going to miss it." Then she was like, "you disrespected me," and I was just thinking, "oh, she wants to get started down the path of disrespect now?" When she demanded my car keys, I just shrugged, handed her my key ring and said, "Okay. It was in an accident and it needs more gas anyways." Didn't even phase her. But it was all totally worth it to see Nightmare in 3D on the big screen.
Okay, my long story is over. Now to start on another one. There was practice after school until 5, even though it's the 2nd to last practice. So mom came and picked me up and I took my shower. By the time I come out it's 5:55, I have to leave for work in 5 minutes and my parents were just then starting dinner. Since I don't have keys, I go up to them and eagerly ask, "so, who's taking me to work?" Mom says I can take her keys and drive myself. That's why it's bad for them to have taken my will to drive. They've just become my car slaves again. After the sets, I'm telling Garren my Nightmare story, my back facing the register and Garren suddenly reacts and there's a customer right behind me. Oops. I didn't treat the customer immediatly ^^; Then we had a sorority and a fraternity come in and watch Beerfest. The 68-seat theater was almost full. I went upstairs to see it, then while I was leaving, I heard the Superman music and watched Superman for a few seconds. Then I get back into the office and Gary starts scolding me for leaving my post when the set isn't over, even though it was, because Rodney's told us that the set ends 10 minutes after the last movie starts (last movie started at 9:50. It was then 10. sets over). He also scolds me for talking to my coworkers while there's customers around (didn't see the customer!) and for not making more popcorn, "making a game out of how long we can go without having to make more." even though both Garren and I don't want to wash a hot popper and wait for it to cool, allowing us to leave even later. Then I check my cell messages and find a message from Bryan, so I call him back and he's out driving (I try not to drive and talk on my cell when possible. I did it for the first time on Monday). He realizes I'm at work, so comes to visit me finally! I've been to see him at work at his new job about 5 times now and he's only come in to my work once for about 2 minutes to tell me he's sorry he couldn't make it the first time, when I REALLY needed him that day. So I was happy he finally came and saw me at work. I don't trust his car anymore, so when I got out early, I waited with him while some cars moved away from his. So I was out late with him. Oh, no.
And if you read this really long post, then thank you, peoples.

alright! my background is finally up and perfect! it took a while to get the right measurements for the screen.
yesterday was a pretty awesome day for me. to start with, a while back, on one of our block day schedules, someone had gone and stolen some things out of some people's band lockers. i had had $45 stolen out of my purse. they found out later it was a band person and this person was promtply kicked out of band (leaving a hole in our show. and Mr. Sullivan tried so hard to avoid a hole this year) and had to give back everything that was stolen. and i finally got my money back yesterday. ^^ woo! i'm rich again! not really, though. because at our homecoming carnival last week, these girls were selling goldfish and i felt sorry for the poor fishies so i bought 5 (one's died already) so i owe mom money for every fish thing she bought. and i also took Bryan out to lunch last sunday, because it was our anniversary, so i owe mom about $70. anyhoo, the main thing is i got my money back. and we had a shortened after school practice. now we just have 2 more after school practices, 1 competition and 1 jr. high tour and i get to be an oboe! AND today is DIII! we're gonna kick so much butt! get 1st place! oh yeah! i also got an email yesterday from Lj. lately, she has been really bitchy. one day, she got in an argument with Myke, then emailed me about how i'm such a bitch, i was saying shit behind her back and stuff...yeah, it was messy. in the email she sent, she apologized about how rude she's been. it wasn't completely her fault, mind you. i DID ignore her for my boyfriend. but everything should be okay now. and yesterday at work we got totally restocked! all the items we were out of we got delivered (except caramel corn. we're still out of that) so i was super excited! then my day trailed off, cause i called Bryan for a bit and he hadn't had a great day, so that made me feel bad that i had been happy and he hadn't. and Chayla came in from one of her smoke breaks and just absolutely started yelling at all of us for no reason. and during the midnight shows, i was doing some guy's order and all of a sudden i hear this BANG and the trash can is moved and people are bending down over someone. >.< the guy i was freaking ordering for passed out on me. it scared the shit outta me and Chayla. but the guy got up, no blood squirting from his head or anything and he went into the movie. Chayla was kinda pissed at him afterwards, because she had called 911 and the paramedic had wanted to talk to the guy.
sorry if this post was random and fast. i'm just trying to get everything down as quickly as i can. i have to eat lunch and go to the library before i get ready for DIII

i'm changing my background to Nightmare Before Christmas again, in honor of Halloween. but the background i made is kinda big ^^; so i'll be working on that in the next few days. if i can. all our competitions are coming up. so that means practice every day after school. at least i don't work so much. Chayla had me scheduled for the 17th and that's the day we have practice from 9-10pm at BSU. so i was asking stupid freaking Charlie if he could cover my shift that day. and freaking stupid Charlie wouldn't give me an answer when i asked. so finally Josh went over, crossed out my name and put his name down. and for him to do that he'd be working double shifts that day. so i really owe him one.
but apparently, Saturday night, the Otaku group, along with Chris and Bryan came to the theater after i had clocked out. i had started working at 2pm, because they needed one more person there to sweep theaters when movies were done. and there's one point where the set ends at 5 and the movies don't start again until 7. so i was calling Chris cause Bryan wasn't answering. while i was talking to Chris, i get this strange number calling me. later, i ask Chris if he knows that number and he's like, "that's Bryan's new cell number." so i tried calling him back and leaving a message, but reception in that place is so bad. took me about 7 tries before i could hear the voice mail. since i got into work so early, i got to leave at 8. so i did. and everyone came at 9 to see a movie. when i found that out yesterday morning, i felt so shitty. because here everyone was, having fun, and i was at home, cause i had to get to bed and go to stupid church in the morning.
Chris also called Bryan yesterday, when i went to Chris's house yesterday and it turns out he didn't take our anniversary off. all i know is that he better not show his face to me next Sunday. he was never there for me on Halloween last year, he never called me during Christmas vacation, he wasn't there for me on my birthday, and now this. it seems like something always takes precedent over me. even when i really needed him.
