we suffer humiliating defeat
and as the marching band, we refuse to play for our crap-for-team-who's-only-won-one-game-whole-season
Hiei: but you don't have to go play at anymore football games
AG: -.- details. but TVFOB is coming up, along with DIII, and coming up fast. i have about a week to get our last song memorized. with my luck, we'll probably get the new cordinance sheets on Monday *yawns* *stretches*
Hiei: ya know what'd he'd say?
AG: that if i'm tired, i should go to bed, i know, i know. but first, y'all must hear this HORRID summary of Naruto that Disney Adventures magazine did:

Adapted from a popular Japanese series, this high-flying 'toon stars a rascally ninja named Uzumaki Naruto who dreams of becoming his village's one ninja. That tops, supposedly, wanting to be the village's best pizza delivery dude!

1) when is there EVER any mention of pizza ANYWHERE in the show?! the theme food is RAMEN, hello!
2) if Naruto were to be the ONE ninja, what would become of Lord Hokage? or the teachers who TEACH the ninja way for OTHER ninja students who will become NINJAS. gee, anyone else see a pattern here?
in other news i have found my dream college: Tokyo College of Music. it is a music college, it is FAR away from my mother, is in Japan, and best of all, it's private. Ching says that private college's give out more scholarships than public college's. but looking at all their pictures, there was not a single American in that orchestra or warming up or whatever. but what was really cool was they also had extra classes for learning instruments like the biwa and the koto or Indonesian music. i think i'll take the Japanese music classes, along with going in as an oboe/clarinet/timpani player, and also take the conducting classes for those who want to be professional conductors. i don't really, but conductings always been fun for me, since i always notice the flaws in others i'm not used to. like the sub we used to have at jr. high couldn't start worth crap, and our drum majors this year can't count with their arms and eventually slow down their counting, which slows us down and...yes. and then maybe, Mr. Sullivan will call me back to teach marching and to conduct until school starts. and yes, now i am starting to feel like i have a fever, cause i can't sit up straight and focus on this computer screen. beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed...
