i was so fucking surprised, man! i mean, i knew about the dance pad and the DDR, but i wasn't expecting the laptop until my Sweet 16! and it's all blue and small...but kind of a problem child. cause it didn't have any basic programs like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint on it, so mom bought me something to install into it, but there's already a trial version of it on the computer, so it won't upload! TT.TT and my dance pad is wacked, too. aren't i lucky? when i'm trying to select something in DDR with it, it will sometimes start freaking out and it'll just keep going down instead of stopping, even when i step off the dance pad. so i have to wrestle with it to make it stop where i want. and DDR Extreme 2 is fun. it has Cartoon Heros and Butterfly remix on it. but it goes into this whole stupid thing that the YGO games went into that made them stupid, too. they did this "shop" thing, where you have to BUY new songs with the points you earn from dancing. on the plus side of this stupidity, you can buy outfits for your dance characters and hints for certain aspects of the game. like Akira already has a white outfit up for sale, but it costs 100,000 points and i only have about 19,000 ^^;
and last night, after Christmas Eve service at church, we went out and saw the lights. and man, let me just say...WE NEED MORE LIGHTS! i mean, like, need my own geneator seperate for lights! *evil laughter* yes...*ahem* and then we went and saw grandma and grandpa and when we got home, there was something on our porch. and it's, like, 10:30, a'ight? so we're like, "what the heck?" and it was a popcorn tin. but mom, and her fear of the world was like, "well, let's not open it, we don't know who gave it to us." and it was still taped up and it's a popcorn tin, man, i love those! so i opened it, but she told me not to eat any. but i ate some today. and i told her, "i sacrificed one for the family, and if i die, i went by caramel popcorn." what a way to go, ne?
oh, and i got $35 in Christmas money. my aunt gave me $20 of ones V^^V i'm gonna be rich, rich, rich, for AO! hehe!
