Everyone would agree that it was time for a change here. The new theme is for the FMA movie Conqueror of Shambala. Even though the movie comes out on Tuesday. It looks like an awesome movie.
Friday night was our first football game of the season for the band. But we don't quite know enough of the show yet, so we just did a horn arc and played our first song from memory. The song is called Ya Gotta Try. Bryan came to our first football game, so I got to spend all football game with him and Mason and other people. It was fun because everyone around Mason was tickling him...including me ^^ If someone's ticklish, you just can't resist! During the game, the moon came up (it was full Thursday) and it was deep red, because there's all these fires burning around here. The smoke turns the moon red. Bryan was saying it was a sign of the apocalypse. I tell ya, it must have been, because next thing I knew, Borah had won the game 35-0! They NEVER won a game last year! So it's either the new coach or new people. But whoa! Borah can actually win football games! After the game, there was a Sheri's gathering. I drove Bryan, Mason, and Erik there. Chris couldn't come. He missed out, man. All the boys ate burgers and I ordered a sundae I couldn't finish. Go figure. And let's just say, I tortured Mason...a lot. He also dared me to get Becca's, our junior drum major, her number. I got it, so I got a dollar. Go me V^^V It was before midnight when I started taking everyone home. So I got home around 12:30. My mom wasn't happy, but who gives a crap? She doesn't have to wait up for me. I'm perfectly capable of getting myself home. Not my fault if I like to get in late.
Today was Art in the Park. It's where a bunch of artists in the Northwest get together and sell their wares. I bought a card of a polar bear that had other animals inside it and a rose patterned dragon. I wanted two other dragons, a red one and a black one with colorful circles on it, but they were $25 each. And I put out money at Sheri's and shopped at Hot Topic, so my wallet was kind of skinny. So I couldn't afford those two dragons. There were also these belly belts at another stand that were really awesome. They have designs that go in the back, so it's like a metal tattoo you can take off. But all the ones I liked were too big and really expensive. I swear they must have all been more than $60.
And that's basically it. Sorry I made it such a long post. I have work tonight and that's about it for the weekend, I guess. Later!
