Yay! Another Bakura fan xD Thanks for signing my GB and I am going to add you as a friend ^^
Wallpapers, you say? Well, I make mine with a program I have called PhotoImpact, which allows me to make a colored background and add text, as well as resize the pics I use. However, you can also use Paint, but it'll take some training to get the wallpaper size right o0;; I'm sure other people could tell you how to on that program, but I'm so used to the one I have that I'm not sure how to do it any other way. =/
