Project LSN

Comment | Permalink

Josh has a big project.

Josh is making a website.

Josh has started the index, and finished the splash page.

I've still got a long way to go though >_<

Aah well. It's really enjoyable. This term I have a web-design class, and my website is going to be designed for the domain-name "laststandingnetwork.com".

So, if anyone would care to buy me an early Xmas present of a domain name...I'd be very happy ;)

Anyway, it'll probably never be 'realised' online, i.e. I won't ever got it online. But making the website is enough for me.

It's a bit of a learning experience. I'm primarily doing it in HTML, but I've used a smidgeon of CSS [to remove underlining in hyperlinks]. I can't say that my site will be "HTML 4.0 standardised" and whatnot...hell, I don't even know what that means. But it will look good, and thats all that really matters, lol. To me, anyway. Hopefully I can figure out how to get Moveabletype up and running, and find out about 'PERL' and all this other stuff.

Anyway, in further news, I've been incredibly active on OB. Around 50 posts in the past week, I believe. Actually, it's about 9 days. Maybe it's been more than 50 posts- I'm not sure. But I have been very active on the Boards, just not so active here. Consider yourselves privileged to recieve an update ~_^ lol.

Also, broadband is out on the horizon, for sure. I'm just waiting to see if the ocean's current will carry me and my raft to the island, or send me out to sea. It'd be nice. Oh, wait, no it wouldn't.

It'd be f**king excellent. lol. Excusez moi francaise, lol.

Sorry for the dreadful lack of direction or continuity in this post. But, hey, you got a post outta me. Stay tuned for further updates.

PS: Yippee! I've broken the 3000 visits barrier!
