   Sorry folks...

[6:20AM, Thursday the 4th of March]

Cold. Very, very, cold.

*shivers*

Sorry I haven’t updated this for so long folks. I just haven’t got around to it. I took time out from my normal shotting up the Allied forces to type this up. Feel honoured. Lol.

Anyway. I haven’t really been doing anything much. I split up with my girlfriend [mutual decision], but that is about it. My grandpa came down on Tuesday, and he will be here until Friday. I will also be going away over the weekend…which leads me onto a very nasty gripe.

Homework.

*dun dun dun dun*

I have been hit by what feels like a positive deluge of the stuff these past two days. I really need to knuckle down. As in, pound my knuckles through cement.

Yeesh. This is all because I am in a ‘super-smart’ English and SOSE thing. It bites, to say the least. Lets see. What am I currently working on?

English- Analyse two or three poems [I wasn’t listening] eight paragraphs for each.
- Analyse the statement ‘War is hell’ and say you’re thoughts on it, cross- referencing with a poem, if you so desire.
- Continue work on a war autobiography.

SOSE – Make notes and answer questions on a 6 page document on the KAL007 tragedy.
- Research the KAL incident ourselves.
- Make a newspaper lift out [two A3 pages] on the KAL007 incident. Must include:
- Russian viewpoint on the KAL
- American viewpoint on the KAL
- Information/summary table
- Editorial article
- ‘Diary entries’ from a relative, the pilot, and American and Russian ambassadors.
- Pictures/maps/graphs to support information.

It just feels like so damn much. And seeing as I am [most definitely] a typist, rather than a writer, and the internet is supposed to be used for so much of our stuff…. I am losing probably 14 hours of workable time by going away this weekend. I don’t even know if I will get Friday night time. It just feels ludicrous to me. I know that some of you out there are probably getting this much, or more, but… I am finding it difficult. If I really want to do this properly, I need to reduce OB time. Of which I have practically nill anyway, and which I cheat for at every chance [i.e. doing OB when other :ahem: more pressing things need doing…]. I just feel really down. Anyway….

That probably just about sums up my days so far. My hands are going numb. =\

It is like, 10C here at the moment. Cold enough for me.

[Time finished: 6:37AM]

Mood: Happy, but pressured.
Song: Billie Jean by Michael Jackson
Births:1394: Prince Henry the Navigator, Portuguese patron of explorers
Deaths:1852: Nikolai Gogol, Russian novelist and playwright
Occasions:Feast day of St Peter of Cava, St Casimir of Poland, and St Adrian and his Companions.
On this day in…:1882: Britain's first electric trams came into operation in Leytonstone, East London.

Lincoln was also sworn in… but seriously, lets get away from Americans for a while, right? Lol.

No, really.
