Hey, I haven't done much on this site lately! I'm excited for this weekend! I'm going with rain from stars canoeing!! So much fun!

On a more feel bad for me level, my dad has become obsessed with this new exercise program called fitness for life, and he's making me do it with him. It's a 12 week program where he wakes me up at 5:15 every morning (ugh gag) and we go work out. We switch from lifting upper body one day, then the next day running or doing some cardio activity, then the next day lifting lower body (legs and abs), then a cardio activity, then upper body, etc. etc. The only good thing about this is that we have to eat six smaller meals a day! I love food! Of course, they've told us what to eat every day, but you still get to eat lots. It's to keep your metabolism at a constant, so you burn more calories. I hate the early mornings, but I didn't go this morning because my dad couldn't get me up! It was pretty funny, but he tried 3 times and finally left. I was so tired, and i have blisters on my feet, so i wasn't about to get up! I'm gonna be at soccer camp running for 3 strait days, so I deserve a break! Anywho, talk to ya later!
