Heylo.
On Thursday I went and "shadowed" (follow one of my old friends around for a whole day) at the local high school most of my middle school friends ended up going to. It was really fun. It the first time I'd seen my friends since my spring break's started.
I was in the gifted program at my middle school. Most of the gifted program at the high school is just my old gang from last year. It was pretty weird. I didn't know only about 3 or 4 people in each of the classes and I don't even go to that school.
One of my old classmates, Colin, was being teacher for one of the activities and accidentally called on me to do one of the answers because I guess we're all still used to being in class together. He forgot I'm not in school with them anymore XP
It was a lot of fun. I got to see people who I completely forgot or just really missed since I'd left for boarding school. I saw the guy I had the hugest crush on last year XD It was funny. He really isn't that cute, haha.
Hopefully I'll see everybody sometime again before I leave.
I'm going back to school next Saturday and since they're still in school here, I can only hang out with them on weekends. Pretty much that means I only have 2 more days to possibly hang out with them.
I'll try to utilize those.
I'm also trying to utilize my free time with fanfictinon reading so I'm off to that ^____^

SPRING BREAK!!!!!!
Yep, I'm on Spring break right now. Since I'm not at school, new layout! I hope you like. I really like it at least.
Well my last week at school was pretty hectic. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday were finals days. I had 3 tests and 2 papers due for those 3 days. Even still, I wasn't too busy. I had 1 test a day, but that'd be my only class. So then I'd have the rest of the day free and get writing on my papers. Not that I really utilized that paper-writing time.
I only got my math final due before I left and I got a whopping 97%! Woot.
So let's see... last night of the term we usually can stay up as late as we want in the dorm (we usually have lights out), but the dorm faculty teacher wouldn't let us stay up! It was so lame.
We all just pretended to go to sleep and then like 5 minutes later got back together and hung out. My Friday night consisted of:
1. eating yummy Korean food in the kitchen
2. sneaking into a sleeping dormmate's room and borrowing DVDs
3. watching those movies (Finding Nemo and Pirates of the Caribbean 2)
4. sneaking out of the dorm at 2 a.m. to walk one of our friends to her very early airport shuttle (freshman and sophmores aren't supposed to leave the dorm after 8 p.m. so if we had gotten caught by security we would've gotten in soooooo much trouble. I don't even want to think of what would've happened. Luckily we got away with it XD)
5. packing and re-packing for home
6. sleeping at 5 a.m. when i was leaving at 9:30
Yep, it was a pretty fun night. Now I'm home and haven't really done much but rested and tidied up. I'll try to be more active on here now that I'm back. I'm going to have lots of free time so it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Happy Friday everyone!
This is going to be another week where they've canceled Saturday classes. Yep, we have Saturday classes at my school. It's a boarding high school just in case you didn't know.
Most of the sports teams are playing our big rival school tomorrow so we're not going to have classes. I'm in track and we played and beat them already on Wednesday so woot!
There's going to be a big pep rally tonight and the whole track team gets to go up and say our part because we won.
I'm only going to have 3 classes today! I'm pretty excited. I already went to my physics class where I was pretty much half asleep and not understanding a word.
Then I have a math test in like 2 hours. Then I won't have another class until almost 5 o' clock in the afternoon, so I'll have about... 5 hours of free time. I'm going to take such a long nap. I'm pretty excited ^____^
Yesterday in my Japanese class, my teacher invited a couple of Japanese students to class to talk with us. One of them was this cute little teenage girl who was studying English. It was really fun, except since I've only been learning Japanese since September, we couldn't have real conversations.
It's a big step in my Japanese learning though. An actual Japanese person could understand what I was saying, so I feel pretty special XD
Well I should probably get to work on my Japanese homework for tonight. I'll talk to you guys later!

Yay, I'm officially 15 years of age. Still pretty young, but still pretty exciting.
And it also happens to be Chinese New Year today!! Woot. It's a doubly important day ^___^
Usually on Sundays, the school just has brunch, but once a year they have something called "jazz brunch". It happened to land on my birthday this year!
They get all these gourmet fancy foods we only would've dreamed of on a regular basis. I just got back. Very yummy. Definitely the best birthday brunch I could've hoped for. They had juice and chocolate fountains. So much fancy food, it was ridiculous.
They got a band and decorated the dining hall in an Italian and French theme. It was pretty cool. I wish I had a picture or something. It was nice.
So far, my birthday's been okay. Nothing elaborate except for brunch so far. I feel like I should be more excited, but we'll see. Maybe something will happen. Such suspense! =]

P.P.S. A lot of people think I'm in college. Yeah, I'm just turning 15, so nope. Boarding schooler. It's high school you live at. It's pretty tough compared to public school that I'm used to.
A lot of famous people went to my school. It's pretty cool. The 14th president, Dan Brown (Da Vinci Code author), and the guy who runs Time Magazine and Sports Illustrated are just some.
It's fun when they come back and speak for us. Well, obviously not the 14th president, but you got my point XD

Hey everyone!!
We have no Saturday classes today! Woot. It's pretty horrible that we ever have Saturday classes if you ask me, but oh well. So we actually get a real weekend this weekend. It's pretty amazing.
It has pretty much been snow, snow, snow this whole week. But we still didn't get a snow day. I don't think they believe in snow days at boarding school. It's terrible.
I could get into this whole spill about my life and my week, but yeah, I don't really feel like it XD
Let's just say:
- Valentine's Day was fun. It snowed so we played in it =]
- There's this really amazingly good looking senior who just got back last month after spending the first part of the schoolyear in France (isn't that just really hot?) and whenever I tried to sneak a peak at him at the "Afro-Latino" club meeting last night, I kept on catching his eye. It was strange XD
- I'll probably spend today watching my anime DVDs so I'm pretty excited.
It's really good that some people have been returning to MyO lately. It was so sucky because at one point, everyone just seemed to be leaving. Now a couple of them are showing their faces again. That's always fun.
I probably should quit because I really don't have the time or energy half the time to make layouts or comment and stuff, but I don't think I could. This place has been too much of my life for the past almost 3 years for me to do that.
I was like 12 when I started on here. What a weird thought.
Well life's being good enough to me. I hope it's going well for you guys too!!

Sunday's going to be my official lazy day.
We have a long weekend this week. In boarding school terms, a long weekend is 2 1/2 days. Yep, not that long at all actually.
Well my roommate went to Boston. I was thinking of going with some friends too, but I decided I'd rather sit around.
So I have the room to myself for a good 9 hours. Yess.
My week's been okay. Last night I went to another school for their regional dance. It was sucky. Unless you like to dance by rubbing your butt in some guy's crotch (what some people would call "grinding"), then you could not dance. There was no room, the music was messed up, and yeah, it just stunk.
It was our rival school too. Another reason we're better than them, we throw much better parties ^____^
I'm about to cuddle up with some fanfictions, Wolf's Rain DVDs, and Spirited Away. Can't wait!!
I'll try to visit but I might be too busy being a lazy bum XD

Hey everyone. Well my wonderful Saturday didn't turn out as great as I'd planned. You'd think no classes and a dance that night would automatically mean fun, but nope.
Okay, my afternoon and morning weren't so bad. I got to sleep in and sat in my bed and watched Spirited Away.
But anyways, I was towards the end of the movie when two girls in my dorm came in and started chatting with me. They'd already gone to dinner so I decided to pause my movie-watching and head off to dinner myself.
I got there and ran right into my boyfriend.
Okay, let me give you a quick low-down on this whole situation. I liked him a lot in the beginning of the school year. He didn't know I existed until like December when we went to the formal dance together.
We were pretty friendly for a while so my attraction to him kinda faded and I began to see him as just a friend. But that's around when he started noticing me. So he askes me out and I said yes. I thought that if we started going out then maybe my friendly feelings would turn back into how it was before. I guess I was wrong.
So now I always feel weird when I'm around him. I'm supposed to be his girlfriend but I just feel like his friend.
Well anyway, we had a short conversation at dinner and then I went and sat with my friends.
After dinner, I went to one of my friend's dorms. We were sitting around helping her pick out clothes for the dance and I just started feeling really sick. It wasn't too bad at first but then it progressed that at one point, I couldn't even see straight and I was sweating and just felt plain terrible.
I didn't think I'd be able to make it back across campus to my own bed so they called security to give me a ride down there. The security guy came and told me that I should probably go to the health center. I just listened and went.
I was in the waiting room for a while and when I finally got taken care of (they gave me some medicine and a heat pad for my stomach and I was just lying on the bed), my older sister called.
For the dance, our school invited some other schools to come. My sister's school got invited and she decided to come and see me.
So I'm laying on this health center bed and she tells me she's here at the dance. So I had to cut off my recovery so I could go back to my room, change, and meet up with her.
Even though I still felt kinda bad, I decided to leave and find her. When I get back to my dorm, everyone runs over to me and tells me that Mikio (my boyfriend) was looking for me. I didn't really care at that point.
I changed and hurried down to the dance and found my sister. I bought her some food from the student center and we went back and sat around in my room for a while.
Around 10, we went back to the dance and Mikio just pops up. I had already told him I wouldn't be able to hang out with him because my sister was there but he was kinda just hanging around behind us for a few minutes. It was kinda pretty weird.
I had to somewhat blow him off, but after a while I went back and talked to him.
I found my sister again and just stayed with her for the rest of the dance. Finally her school had to leave to catch their bus so I went to hang out with some of my friends, trying to cheer myself up.
Once again, Mikio just pops up and makes me dance with him instead. After one song, I just had to leave. I made up some lame excuse and just went back to my dorm and felt really bad for the rest of the night.
Now I realize that I'm going to have to break up with him. He likes me but I definitely don't like him in that way at all. I might as well just be done with him and all the drama and stress.
Yep, so that was my Saturday night. I'm just hoping that my Sunday can be a little better. I probably won't leave my room at all but that's fine with me. I still feel kinda sick, but I'm just going to take Tylenol and lazy around and hope it goes away *crosses fingers*

I've actually been posting on a regular basis this week. I'm so proud of myself ^___^
I'll probably have time today to visit too. I'm pretty excited about that.
Well this weekend we actually don't have classes on Saturday (we usually have half days of classes on Saturdays and Wednesdays) so we have a real weekend.
There's a big dance tonight. The Afro-Latino club (of which I'm a proud member) is hosting it and there's going to be a New York d.j. and all this hubub. Other schools are going to come and it's going to be quite the party I can tell you that.
Last night after hanging around campus (even though it's pretty freezing cold! It's like 0 degrees right now. I barely even want to leave my room) I went upstairs to a sophmore's room to hang and they were watching High School Musical. Haha, I know it's a lame, bad, horribly over-popular movie, but I'll admit it, I'm one of those people who actually like it. So I watched that and hung out a little bit before hitting the hay.
We're doing this competition with other boarding school's called the Green Cup Challenge. We're trying to be the most environmentally friendly. There's also a competition among the dorms too so we're going to get pretty competitive. Rather than my computer, telephone, and my clock, nothing is using electricity in my room right now. We're living by our one little window for light even when we're in the bathroom, we don't turn on any lights.
Last year they said it got so intense, everyone would go down into the common room to do homework so we wouldn't have to use the individual lights in our rooms. It's going to be pretty crazy. It's going on for a whole month so it's going to be pretty tough to cut back. We're so gonna win though!!

I was going to update this morning but I was so busy running around campus and trying to write my English assignment.
But anyway, yep. The theme's done. I think most people came and visited by the time I'd already finished it. I just decided to be lazy and not edit my post and tell you guys that it was done.
Life's pretty good. Track practice was really easy today. Thirty minutes of whatever we felt like doing. We could jog around, do different drills, go to the exercise room (weights are there, stationary bikes, treadmills, and all that good stuff), or pretty much anything we wanted. Two other girls and I decided to head on over to the exercise room.
I was biking and in walks in the best-looking guy in my whole school. He's a senior. He spent the first part of the year studying abroad in France. I know, that in itself is attractive, but then you see him and you're even more blown away, haha.
So he was working out, lifting weights and whatnot. It was a pretty good view.
Rather than that, I'm pretty happy we don't have classes this Saturday (we usually get half days on Wednesdays and Saturdays). I get to sleep in 2 days in a row!! Yes.
Tonight we have late check-in because no classes tomorrow. I'm gonna be partying all night long (well, until 10 at least). I might not be able to visit until tomorrow so bare with me ^___^
