Woot. People are liking my layout. Yesss.

I wanted to make sure to post before Christmas so yep, I'm posting now.

I still have a little cold. It's not too bad. I can function. At least it's not the cold where you can't do anything except lie in bed and eat soup all day.

I don't know how this whole buying gifts thing is going to work out. My mom's been off work for more than a year now because she has to pass this test to continue her work as a doctor. The only income we've been getting is monthly divorce money from my dad. It's not really enough to live on, especially during Christmastime.

I only came home with enough money to buy a few gifts and since I thought my mom was going to give us $50 to shop with, I thought I'd be okay. With the tight budget situation, that's not going to happen.

We're going to the mall so hopefully I can at least get them all small things. It's better than nothing.

I guess we'll see how that works out. I guess we're not getting a Christmas tree this year (my mom went out to buy one and the salesman told her to just wait until after Christmas since it'll be so cheap. Since she didn't want to waste money on one in the first place, that little push made her decide not to), but oh well. Rather than those problems, I hope Christmas isn't too bad. It should still be fun. We'll probably all sit around and just watch all those Christmas specials that have got to be on today.

I hope you guys have a great holiday!! I'll try to get out a greeting for everyone sometime tonight. I might not get on my computer so if I don't, Happy Holidays!!!!!
