Potato Noodles & Bamboo Salt Flavored Toothpaste?
Earlier today I walked over three miles to check out a well-known Korean grocery store I had heard about online. I mainly came for the snack aisle, though there was a lot of food there that I had never seen in other Asian groceries before. Apparently Koreans love their soy drinks, as there were tons of strangely flavored soy milk there. WTF is cider flavor? How can you have a drink flavored as another drink? I WAS SO CONFUSED. They also had plum and lychee flavored ice cream that I was incredibly tempted to buy, but I figured they would just melt during the walk back home.

In the back of the store was a small area called the Snack Corner, which was basically a tiny restaurant with a menu filled with Korean food that I don't know how to pronounce. Though I'm determined to order something whenever I next return to the store, even if I have no clue what the hell I'm eating.

I only bought a few things: a mini pack of red bean ice cream mochi, tofu cookies, mini pole chocolates, and melon soda. I was VERY disappointed to find out that the store didn't carry DBSK Pocky. They have Hello Kitty Pocky, but not DBSK? FOR SHAME.

My mother asked me why I didn't just go to the smaller, but closer Korean grocery stores around the neighborhood and I asked her, "Would those stores be cool enough to carry Korean Cheetos?"

I didn't think so.
