Question.
Why is it that on the college apps, when they ask what your GPA is on a 4.0 scale, there's always an option of "4.0 or higher?"

If they're basing it on a 4.0 scale, that means unweighted, right? So how could someone have higher than a 4.0?

EDIT: Also, what exactly does "250 word minimum" mean? Do they actually want around 250 words or are they really expecting more than that? o_o;;
