YAY!
I've now got 12 signatures! :D
Heh. It's been a long timne coming, but I've finally made it. An even dozen. ^_^
Yesterday was a huge event at my school. We had a Craft Fair, inviting hundreds of people to come in and set up shop, selling, of course, craftsy stuff. My Church Youth Group had purchased a space, so I went in and hlped set up at 7:00 in the morning. It was quite cold. :p
After the setup I kind of wandered around a bit, taking a look at the various booths and wall hangings. Eventually I settled down at the table where my Fencing Team was selling clam chowder. Yum, it was good stuff. I even got a student discount. ^_^ I had a little trouble making change though. >.< I eventually just memorized what the change would be for the various bills that would be handed to me.
$20 Bill = Three fives, three ones, and 2 quarters.
$10 Bill = One five, three ones, and 2 quarters.
$5 Bill = Three ones and 2 quarters.
If they ordered an even number, it was much easier, as it amounted to an even amount being subtracted from the bills they gave me.
I am such a dork. :p
I spent a couple of hours of the day in a secluded teacher's lounge, dueling against a friend of mine. After kicking his rear end a couple of times, I offered to recondition his deck. He agreed, and so I did.
He drew his first hand from his new deck. (This is as close to a direct quote I can get on his response.)
"Whoah...I...It's like you took all the "suck" out of my deck and put it in a little pile on the table..." *he points to card I had removed*
In the duel that followed, he got out all but one of his strongest/Tribute monsters onto the field. Despite his profound improvement, I still somehow managed to snag a victory out of it. ^_^
Come to think of it, that last part may only interest Solo. :p
My new RPG is up; it's another attempt at a Digimon one. I think dee down I'm still hoping for another incredible experience like the Digistory was. *sigh* It was so close to the end, too.
W.H.A.T.E. has once again been brought back from the second page. :D I'm very happy that it's been so good at surviving. I think it's coming to its end soon, though. As I've said numerous times before, it's only got four people left, and interest/inspiration is waning. I might make a sequel to it once it's done; but that's uncertain.
For now I'll just try to piece back together my "Convergence of Power" idea.
BTW, I lost all of my notes on "Convergence of Power." If I sent the idea to you, and you happened to habitually save it somewhere, could you help me out? Or even if you didn't save it, but remember parts of it, could you let me know? Thank you.
That's all for now. :D

Hmm...maybe a decent sized post?
Eck...I really want my own computer again. -_- I hardly get any time to go on this one, and it seems like whenever I do, my dad walks in, kicks me off, and plays Max Payne 2.
Well, I raised $258 for my school; walking around to people and asking for money, and then I walked five miles. Collecting Money + Walking 5 Miles = "Walk-a-thon" = Fundraiser.
Heh, that's the best that I can explain the process.
Umm....what else...?
I'm doing Drama this year, working as a techie; working with the lights, scenes, props, etc., etc. I would have tried out for a part, but I didn't get to see the parts before auditions. :p We're doing a play called The Brighton Beach Memoirs.
Fencing starts next Tuesday, and the practices are a half-hour longer than before. I don't like that it now starts earlier, but I can't say that the extra half-hour won't help, especially with a truckload of undisciplined(Freshman) novices. I haven't fenced for a while, and am a little anxious about starting again. I remember that I fenced once over the summer and felt very awkward. Not doing drills every week kind of caused my body to forget how to move, I guess.
I've been going for walks over the summer and since school started, so I think I'll have a bit more endurance on the strip this year.
Oh, yes. I've got a new avatar/picture. I found it through Google, and adjusted it in Microsoft Paint. I doubt you can make out the writing in the bottom-right corner, but it says: "You are an evil super genius."
Heh, I love Google.

Darned lack of personal computer....
If I actually had a computer of my own to use right now, you'd be seeing a lot more updates, and they'd be a bit more interesting too, I think.
Grrr....have to go so that my dad can pay Max Payne 2.
Must...have...personal...computer....O_O

Ehrm....yeah...."Subject"
Hmmm....It feels so weird to be writing something on MyO on this computer. It's nice to have the ability, don't get me wrong, but it's still not quite the same feeling as when I was in my own room and writing about my day.
Hmm...I took the PSAT's a while ago, sometime during my long absence. I didn't feel like it was anything to really worry about, as I've been taking standardized tests like that since about Kindergarten. I get into a kind of "test mode" that eliminates all doubts and fears and such. In general I don't fret too much over tests and quizzes. I almost never study, not because I don't think I need to, but rather when the time comes to study, I quite easily find something 'better' to do.
Fortunately, my grades do not suffer tremendously from that. Except for last year, in Honors Biology. >.> That was a mess. Honestly, I think it was pride that kept me from asking for help. I felt that I could learn the stuff on my own, that getting help would be degrading. Heh, my teacher actually called me arrogant. While this may not seem too surprising to those of you that read this, when faced by teachers or other adults, I'm usually the soul of courtesy and modesty. I guess you could say that it's a pose I put on for thm, but....meh...add "Talk-to-adult Ben" to my schizo list, I guess. :p
Tonight I went to an Ice Cream party my Youth Group had. We took a rain gutter, (a clean one used only for this purpose), lined it with tin foil and put a bunch of ice cream in it. Then we ate the ice cream with the assorted toppings that were nearby. Yum. ^_^
Umm...nothing much else to talk about, besides that I've saved up $700+ for my laptop. I'll make a point to tally up the S-F.C.E. Profits soon.
If anybody has any questions about me or anything I've written about, by all means, use the "Add Comment" button.
Please.

YES!
The glitch was fixed so I can now post from my parents' computer, albeit rather sparingly.
I apologize for my sudden and unannounced/unexplained leave of absence. Our computers all got the same virus through their networking and our Internet provider sent us faulty parts. So, this computers been fixed and works great, but mine is currently infected and I'm desperatly trying to get all of my writing files off of it before it inevitably must be cleared.
I'll post again soon, I hope. For now I must go eat grilled cheese. Mmmmmm...

Hmm...
It seems that whenever I feel like posting in MyOtaku, my Internet access dies. Apprently there's something wrong with our LAN connection, and we need to get it replaced. For some reason, after this HTML aid update, my text doesn't even appear until i'm done typing the entire paragraph. I hate this. It's quite slow and quite frustrating all at the same time.
Probably going to a party tonight, from 8:00 to tomorrow morning. Super Smash Brothers, movies and lots of Mountain Dew. Yeah!

Random thought of 2:13 PM
If this computer weren't so darned slow, I could post quizzes up here...

Oh yes...This is nice...
So, it's Saturday morning. My mom is in New Orleans at a conference. My older brother is out somehwere, probably at his dorm. My younger sister is at my aunt's house. My older sister is taking the SAT's a goodly way away from here. My dad is with her, unwilling to drive the distance back here, just to have to drive it twice again after that. So I'm here at home with my little brother, Michael.
There is no one on AIM for me to talk to, (or rather, that I feel like talking to) the other computer that usually works with OB is having Internet problems, and my little brother's watching the TV.
*sigh* I'm off to play Neverwinter Nights, I guess.

I apologize, my adoring fans...
Heh, I haven't posted an update in a while since my Internet service has been acting kind of screwy lately. But, now that I'm back, there's new stuff. And my computer is slower than ever. Yay.
*Note to self* Get laptop!
Um, nothing much is new, other than I had a totally wasted Friday. Three movies, two subs, an off period, a period that got cut short, cutting out borders in photography and Algebra II *laughs*. :D It was a pathetic excuse for a school day.
Much of the distortions were due to the Junior class going on a field trip; that nearly emptied a couple of my classes.
Eck...I've got to go get invitations for my party, which is next Saturday by the way. Hopefully it doesn't turn out as horribly as I kept envisioning it. :p
Oh yes. A calzone is kind of folded piece of dough; the folding creates a pocket. In that pocket, things such as cheese, meats, and/or vegetavles are placed and baked to gooey, yummy, goodness.
Heh, that last part may seem random, but that's because it was directed at a single person. Yum. :D

Random stuff not pertaining to my real life:
I have the 120th most popular myOtaku site. This is a good improvement from the 141st position that I held for the first few weeks.
At OB, I was the 63rd person to join after the whole site revamp that deleted the old posts and memberships.
Also at OB, I am the 221st top poster. If I were to be extremely bored one day, I would probably compare my post count and date of sign-up with those of the people in the Top 20 listing. I bet that quite a few of them joined up after me. :p
Um...let's see. What else?
I made a list of people that I'm inviting to my "friend" birthday party, although it's rather unsafely stored on my calculator and I'm sure I'm forgetting at least one person.
Where better to store something than a blog? :D
List:
Eric
Reagan
Lisa
Sapia(?)
Tim
Tom x 2
Matt
Luke
Christina
Victoria
Tyler
Paul
David (Boba Fett) ;)
Kevin
John-Paul (?)
Those two marked with the question marks I am unsure about inviting. Not only will their presence raise the disproportionate number of girls at the party, but by just being themselves things go go wrong.
Sapia (first name: Mark) is a hyper little Mexican boy a year older than me. He's easily annoyed and lashes out at people unmercilessly with insults or clever remarks. We get along quite well. :D
Unfortunately, there's no telling what will set him off; but I have a sneaking suspicion that he'll badmouth my younger friends with vulgar language. -.-
John-Paul is sort of a mystery to me now. I used to know him quite well, but as of the past two years we've had a rather tentative relationship. We don't talk much, we don't see each other much, and I can't think of things we have in common. Yet, having spent so long as friends, I can't just throw him away; and I feel that we're still connected somehow.
LOL, last year my cousin was scared to go near him. He actually got up from his seat and moved to the opposite side of the table. :D He's a very strong, dark natured guy.
Bleh, I've got to go, My dad's saying something about sleep. Whatever that is. :p
