Stole the Smiley.
Ergh. I despise humidity. The heat doesn't bother me nearly as much when it's dry heat. Moist heat just seems to seep into the fabric of everything, and quite frankly it irks me. =/
I successfully awoke at 9-something this morning after getting to bed shortly after 11 o'clock last night. The sleeping medication made my body feel heavy, I recall. Not tired, just like several extra pounds had been added on in various places.
Also, I couldn't think straight. I've said almost the exact same prayer every night for the past year or so. Last night the words kept getting jumbled in my mind, or I'd forget them.
I did eventually get comfortable enough to fall asleep, though; which was good. I had gotten to sleep at an hour not nearly as unreasonable as the two previous nights. I'd be ready; I'd be alert; I'd have hours to spare during the day. When my alarm went off this morning at 8:30, I did not get up.

No, sir. I did not get up. It wasn't until 9-something that I managed to wake myself up and convince myself that getting out of bed would be fortuitous enough to forgo any further sleeping.
So, I got up. I walked around the house for a little bit and ate some glazed walnuts for breakfast. I came upstairs and visited all of my regular sites, including OB and various MyOs. I played a bunch of games at Neopets to pass the time; an activity that I would normally never get to until 7-8 o'clock at night. ^_^
Maybe today I can see about that lawn-mowing job. =\
After we clean the house again. >.>
My grandparents are coming over tomorrow to visit and see how clean we managed to get the house for the appraiser that came on Monday. Hehehe....it's been a lax four days in the cleaning department. We've some tidying up to do before anything enjoyable gets done.
Although, I may be going to see the Harry Potter movie tonight or tomorrow, finally. :D
