Nostalgia.

Random Digimon images everywhere

Ginny's obsession with Ken, and then with Auron.
Talking to Ginny on AIM, or by PM.
Spontaneous Digimon adventures on AIM.
RPing with Ginny.
Bleh, I miss Ginny. v_v;;
Everything else.
Talking to friends on AIM. (Like, actually talking. Not just the polite, idle comments on how everybody's feeling)
Long-gone RPGs.
All my friends going off to college, especially those from OB.
My overactive imagination, which fueled many a writing project.

Years ago, when I was still relatively new to Otakuboards, I dreamed of buying a laptop. With the device, I could conceivably be on the computer for undisturbed hours at a time, and anytime I wanted. I would never have to leave my friends for long, and I could stay up to date on all of the happenings on OB.
What good is it that I finally have it, when so many friends are gone or leaving?
Ergh.
I hate it when I stay up late and muse.
