   Summer Reading. Yikes!
Today I got hardly any reading done in any of my required books. I don't know why, really, I just did not feel any compunction to accomplish....anything, today. It was refreshing, actually. :p

I had trouble sleeping last night, and eventually got to bed at 3-ish. 3 hours after that, I was up and on my way to the gym with my mom. We spent twenty minutes on the exercise bikes, and I finally got a membership keychain swipe card thing. So, yay.

I went home, and made myself breakfast. Eggs and toast. Yum. After that, I took out my contacts, which were bugging me. I threw them out and made plans to put in a new pair later on. I was very tired, regardless of what else I was feeling. I went upstairs to take a short nap, which wound up taking several hours. I was pretty groggy in the half hour to follow, but eventually perked up enough to do...something.

Ah, right. I watched Hollow Man. While not a spectacular movie, I'd never seen the whole thing, and we had it lying around.

Then I tried to mow the lawn, to little or no avail. At first, it wouldn't start. So, I put more gas in it, thinking that that was the problem. Then I tried to start it again, but the starter cord wouldn't pull right. So, I moved the lawn mower off of the grass, and managed to get it started. I didn't really make any impact on the lawn, however. There was some dampness or water under the grass somewhere, and it made the grass clump together and clog the lawnmower.

Memory....is....fuzzy....at this point. >_>

I eventually took a shower and my dad and I went to see our nutritionist, Becky. It's been a month since we were there, so she weighed me and took assorted other readings.

Since the last time I was at her office, exactly a month before, I've lost nine pounds. Plus two inches off of my waistline. w00t!

2.5 pounds of the loss was fat.
1.5 was fluids. (Extraneous stuff, it was good to be rid of)
And the rest was lean muscle mass. >_>

Which is not a good thing to lose. Becky said I should eat incorporate more protein into what I'm eating, and get more weight training done. In the past month, the only weight training I did was with Jeremy, my trainer. That was only four days out of the past month. >_> Any other days I did cardio. Which, while certainly being helpful, did nothing really to build up muscle.

Hopefully, my dad will get better soon. He has a very bad throat infection that has kept him from doing anything but sleep and watch movies, pretty much. He can't eat, the medicine he's been given doesn't seem to help at all, and he's been coming up with and breaking fevers left and right.

A bunch of things I know need to be done, but I've not done the, nor do I think they will be done anytime soon. Ergh. I need work ethic, or something.

And, for anyone who reads this: I'll probably be updating later on in the evening, so my updates won't appear highlighted on your Backroom page.

So, visit me all the time so you won't miss anything! :D

Right now I'm watching Pirates of the Caribbean again, just because it's an awesome movie, and it has lots of swordfighting in it. I've recently become quite taken with things of the sword fighting nature, for some reason. I can't wait to fence again sometime soon.

Ergh...running low on ideas here. I've not done anything of much interest in a while. Perhaps I'll go see a movie sometime.

But, wait, no! Summer reading!

ARGH. I need to do something, but I need to read, too. Such headache-inducing choices can only be the work of......

PURE EVIL!

SCHOOL! It's coming far too soon, even though it's starting late this year....

Ergh. -_-;;

I can't think. I need sleep.

Or something.
