Teh Lots of Test!
Tomorrow, first period. French test. No problem, really. It's all on the present tense, and we've been reviewing for the past few weeks. It ought to be a piece of cake. A piece of cake that eats up less than forty-two minutes of my time.
....yeah. Cake...eat. I was going somewhere with that, but I lost it.
After French, I have Pre-Calculus. And, naturally, I have a quiz then as well. It should be fairly easy, though. We've been going over the problems for the past couple of days. He actually gave us a sort of "parallel" problem to one of the ones we'll get tomorrow. Meaning, it's just like it, except the numbers will be different. And knowing Mr. Pukstas, he'll try to trip us up somewhere. Bleh. I ought to be alright.
After Pre-Calculus is English. We have a "vocabulary experience" tomorrow. Besides "vocabulary experience" Mr. Lamoureux used a slew of other terms to describe what we'd be doing, eventually citing that "A rose, by any other name, would still smell as sweet."
In other words, we're having a vocabulary quiz.
After English, I have Theology. We'll be dividing up a twenty-page document (that I have yet to print out. >_>;;) about human labor.
After Theo, I have a test in Psychology. I've been preparing for it all week, so I ought to do well on it. I did only a little less than seventy-five flash cards today in class, getting them done just in time to earn extra credit. What's cool about this class is that Mrs. Bednarz puts the bonus right onto our quarter grade, not our tests or quizzes or whatnot. It's very helpful. Or, it will be.
After Psychology is History. We were supposed to have a test, but Mr. Currie had something come up that requires his attention this evening, and so he told us he wouldn't have enough time to run off our tests. So, he said he'd give us a quiz. By the end of class, though, he'd changed his mind and decided we'd do neither tomorrow. I've really no idea what we're doing that period.
My last period of the day tomorrow is my Off period. Having Off last period of the day is awesome; even more so when it's on a Friday. Tomorrow, John and I are going to the Guidance office.
We've both decided, we want to get out of Honors Physics. We're in over our heads.
I've been getting okay grades in the class: 80s and 70s, but I just don't feel right about it. I really don't feel like I'm learning anything. I'm confused on a regular basis, and the workload is overwhelming me in addition to all the other stuff I have to get done.
If I manage to get an easier class in place of Physics, I may try out for the vacant spot in the play. We're doing The Secret Garden, and apparently there weren't enough male volunteers to fill the male positions. A Dr. Something was left open, I guess. So, that'll be interesting.
I think I've got a better thesis for my English paper, so now all I have to do is write up a brief outline and I'll be all ready for school tomorrow.
Good night, everyone. ^_^ Wish me sense.
EDIT: I almost forgot. I'm having my family over tomorrow evening for my birthday party! :D
No word yet about a party for friends. >_>;;
