*groans*
Some days, updating for TSC2 can feel like a chore. :o

I'm in the middle of a duel with Kei, I'm tuckered out by fencing practice, I need a shower (due to fencing practice), and I need to research and put together an outline for my next English paper.

My contacts are all dry and uncooperative, and I feel pretty nasty. I definitely need a shower after going to practice. There's a certain...eh...fragrance about my equipment that rubs off each time I wear it. >>

This morning I got up, got dressed, and ate breakfast. (Wow, that's cool and interesting, eh?) Earlier on (before I got up >>) my dad brought my younger sister over to a walk-in clinic to have blood drawn and tested. She's going to be meeting with Becky soon, so that maybe she can rethink what she's eating and doing. That, by the way, would be fantastic. Neither of my younger siblings eat well, nor do they exercise much. It has begun to show recently, and everyone is rather concerned. Except them, for some reason. Yeah, Emily's on her way to better health, hopefully. *smiles*

I went to stage crew set construction stuff from 9:30-ish to about 1:45. That was really cool, heh. I got to work alongside my friend Amanda, painting and measuring and such. It was much fun, even though we didn't accomplish as much in a four hour period as we should have. v_v;;

The other guys were screwing around, in all honesty. They'd work good for a few minutes, and then get distracted and fool around for a few more. Amanda, me, and our painter, Tim, were the ones who worked most consistently. We may not have gotten the most work done compared to the others, but we got the better work done, and in a timely fashion.

I got home and lounged for a couple of hours until I had to get ready and go to fencing practice. I scraped the rust off of my blades with some steel wool and waxed them down to protect against further rusting.

My dad drove me up to practice. We stretched, and sprinted, and drilled, and drilled some more. Coach Hughes was the only one there tonight, so the JV and Varsity were sort of neglected in favor of the aspiring Novices. It's not that he intentionally ignored our need to practice; he just wanted the Novices to have some basic knowledge of fencing. Tonight was only the second practice, after all.

Anyways, after some drills and basic instruction that left the JV and Varsity snoozing, coach had us stretch again, and let the Novices leave. For the last half hour of practice, the rest of us were allowed to free fence and such. 'Twas much fun. ^_^

I came home, and dueled Kei. More about that crazy event later, when I'm coherent enough to relate it properly.
