Laaaa-a-a--a---a---a------a--------g
I bought World of Warcraft today, and it's awesome. ^_^ It took a long time to load all four disks onto my computer, especially because I screwed up the first time on disk three. -_-;;
It's making my computer run a bit slower, but not unbearably so. The entertainment value more than balances it off. =p
And, because I've got just about the minimum of everything the game requires, my version runs a bit slowly/choppily. I can still function (pretty much). My character has leveled up to Level 6, and I've got a number of useful items and I've learned a bunch of spells so far. Silly, naive me, I thought I'd start out with all of my spells and abilities. Pfeh. Of course not, I need to earn them! Which, still, ought to be a heck of a lot of fun. ^_^
I love my character, too. He's a big Tauren, and his starting weapon was a stick. XD
Which is cool, heh. Since I started, I've traded in my starting stick and another better one I picked up to earn my best stick yet. Not to mention that the more I use the sticks, the more proficient I become with them. Whee, awesomeness. ^_^
I've only died once so far, and that was because of a slight miscalculation on the speed of my healing spell. >.>

Only, the spells take a second or two to prepare. A second or two I didn't have at that point. So, yeah. I died, and became a ghost. Being a ghost is fun, because you get to move, like, four times faster and run back to your corpse. Then you jump back inside, and you're good to go.
Later on, I got some help from a Level 15 guy of the same race and class as me. He had already learned the Bear Shapeshift, and so he could turn himself into this massive bear that just tore through anything that got in our way. It was awesome. BlackMind ish my hero. =p I want to be just like him when I level up.

Back to the game. It's just....awesome. Everybody should get it and join me in the awesomeness! ^_^
