...
Congrats to Shin, who has come into the open with his feelings. :) I'm very happy when something like that happens to one or more of my friends. I like it when my friends find happiness.
But I almost always get a feeling of regret, almost jealousy, whenever that happens. They're happy. I'm not. Or at least not as happy as they seem to be. I just...I just wish I could have or be a part of it.
Lonliness dominates you. You can hide it well, but its there, and your friends can see it. You constantly feel alone, and need to do things to fill your time. Your afraid to tell people this, but sooner or later it gets out in a bad way, and you think you screwed up everything. And when you are in love is when you are sad the most. (Please Vote)
What Emotion Dominates you? brought to you by Quizilla
And no, I did not steer the quiz towards this result. I got this legitimately.
Funny note: Whilst taking that quiz, my dad called me downstairs to do something and then put a flaming lighter to my rear end for being a smart aleck. >.>
So, for the news on my life portion of the post. I had a fencing meet yesterday morning, and I even got to fence this time. o.o Wow, eh? I fenced twice, with one win and one loss.
My loss was 3-4, going to five, as usual. Unfortunately, my opponent was doing absolutely nothing. I let impatience get the best of me and ended impaling myself about...three times...We ran out of time, and I lost.
My second bout I won, 5-4. We traded points back and forth. He got one, I got one, he got another, I got another, etc. It continued on like this until it was 4-4. When the director said: "Fence!", thus telling us to begin, I ran at my opponent and quickly got the last touch. ^_^ It was a totally unanticipated charge, and it worked.
After that, I came home, did some Internet stuff, and then went to 4:00 Mass. After Mass, I went to the mall to find a card or gift for my friend, Tyler. His birthday party was Saturday night. I got him a card that, if he had just followed its instructions, could have made it so that I would never have to get him another gift again. Sadly, he'd seen the card before and didn't fall for it...
He had part of his party at laser tag. I had forgotten my member's tag, which would have recorded all of the statistics from the games that we played, and so I played under the alias of "Enforcer".
My team won the first game, and I came in first place out of both teams. Which isn't all too hard to explain, as the other team was made up of ten 3 foot tall kids. They were pretty amusing, with their: "Move up, move up!" and "Fall back! Retreat to the base!"
I cut through them like a scythe through wheat. They traveled in packs, which made them relatively easy to pick off. At one point, I was standing on their side of the room when one of them sounded a retreat. Waiting in a secluded section of the room, I shot them as they marched pass. They were soon all deactivated and bewildered. ^-^
The second game, it was four on four. My team won again, but I only managed to take third place. I was playing against better people, after all. :p
We went to Tyler's house and played video games all night and into the morning. We had a nice breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and bacon, and then went outside and had a snowball fight. That was extremely fun. ^_^ I was the oldest there, and several people on the opposing team kept trying to drag me back to their "jail". I tossed them off into the snow and mockingly jabbed them in the stomach with my foot. Heh. It was lots of fun.
I came home this evening, at about 5:00-ish. I came upstairs and managed to find an excuse to put off all of my homework except my Photography essay, which I have yet to even start.
RPG News:
Hunter: The Reckoning. Nothing new.
Duel Monsters: Quest for Exodia. Nothing new.
OtakuBoards and the Quest for the Holy Otakubot: Nothing New.
The Silmarillion. My entire orc army was wiped out by a small band of elves...*glares at CB Shin* I managed to spirit away my friend Isen`Tar on a stolen horse and irritate some elf lords. Nice.
W.H.A.T.E. Nothing new, unfortunately...
Children of Sharess. I made my first post. It's not a doozy, but it introduces my character and some of what he can do. I'm supposed to be working with Domon in this RPG, so I should probably contact him soon.
I sent an e-mail to the company that provides my Internet service, and I hope to get an answer soon. More specifically, I want an answer that fixes the problem.
Eh. I suppose that's all for now. It's 10:37, and I'm tired. I'm going to say that I might go to bed soon, even though it's probably not going to happen.
Disney in 12 days, or thereabouts.
Digipeep results haven't changed as of the last time I looked. There were a few abstinations.
