Counting down...
Eight more days. You'd think that someone would be happy that their birthday would be that near. But the only thing I can think about is my party. More particularly the age groups involved, and where to have it.
Laser tag, as it turns out, is ridiculously expensive. In order to afford such a thing, I'd have to charge my friends admittance, which I muchly want to avoid.
Eh, the plot thickens...
Throughout all of this, I cling to something Solo once told me: "Obstacles are made to be overcome."
You have no idea how much that helps, Solo, with everything. It's been my one inspiration in all of my creative fields of interest. And pretty much anything else.
I still don't know how I'm going to fix all this.
I just realized that this must all seem quite silly to anyone who reads this. "Why's he making such a big deal over a birthday party?"
But, for me, it's the one time where I am the center of attention; attention of most of my friends, and their enjoyment of this event is very important to me. That, and I don't see about half of them except for maybe 5 minutes each day.
Eck...I've got to go to bed. More birthday stuffs later...
