It's about time for another update...
It's getting harder to update during the final stretch of school. Nothing much has been happening; it's like my whole world is holding its breath, waiting for summer. Or at least the next weekend.

I don't even know where I left off, but I don't think anything of any major importance has occurred since then anyway.

Events of major importance fear me....

Or else I just smell......

I've got a laser tag party to go to tomorrow. It's a fundraiser working towards the graduation party for my sister's class at St. B's. I've been reminding people for about a week that it's happening, and that they should go. Plenty of people have said that they would, but nobody has committed to buying a ticket. =\

Hopefully I won't have too much homework tomorrow night. Besides the 7 page English paper I haven't yet started working on. *cough*

My mom offered to pay for the ticket of anyone in my family if their room was clean....

Looks like I'll be paying the $15, then. :p

I'm tired. While the feeling is not unusual, it's one that I rarely have the opportunity to correct. Or the desire to correct, at least.

No, that's not even right. =/

I don't sleep when I'm tired, not because I don't want to sleep, but because I can't make myself do it. I can't bring myself to get ready for bed and just go to bed, unless it's ungodly late at night.

Teenage hormones be damned! >:p

Yu-Gi-Oh Update, in brief.

I beat John twice today with my new Fiend Deck. I had beaten both him and Mark on Saturday, which put me in first place. Beating John today was only an example of me defending my title.

That, and savagely beating down on John's persistent ego.

I also came home and played my new Yu-Gi-Oh game for PC. The A.I. cheats outrageously, but I managed to beat it a couple of times and get some crappy new cards. I started out with a really, really, crappy deck. I've upgraded it now to really, quite, crappy deck. So...yeah.

I've been watching bits and pieces of the Princess Bride since I saw the thread on OB. Particularly the fight scene between Wesley and Inigo. It's just so cool. I'd love to learn the different styles of fencing and how best to use them, as they do in the movie. That would be cool. ~_^

Victoria and Tyler are going to be at St. Bernard's tomorrow, "Shadowing" a student. The Shadowing program at our school pairs up prospective students with students currently enrolled at St. Bernard's, to give them an idea of what a typical day is like. Then, after school, Tyler has to take a Math and a French test, to determine his level in each.

I don't think Victoria needs to do so; she got the highest score of all the people who took the entrance exam. It's pretty much granted that she's smart.

I have to remember, though, Christina is coming up on Wednesday, and we're giving her a ride up. *pounds facts into head* I must must must remember....

Hopefully they'll all like what they see and decide to go there next year. ^__^

And if they don't, well... ;_;

Here's hoping.

This Day in History: Brown vs. The Board of Education strikes down the "separate but equal" US school system on May 16th, 1954.

Good Thing of the Day: School Beating John, again.

Bad Thing of the Day: Homework Still not sleeping as well as I could be.
