Year Zero is a cool name

TIME: 7:51am, Wednesday
WATCHING: commercials

Ahoy hoy me hearties.

So, two days ago, I addressed the Virginia Tech shootings and the effects it will have on My Chemical Romance’s release of the “Teenagers” video. I did this on frank-iero.net. The response of peoples opinions was outstanding. Curious what Darkrini thinks.

Started a new drawing, from Deadpool. Looks cool. Also forgot to upload the other image. I’ll get to it eventually.

Oh, so, I was finally given, or rather shown, the tech schedule for the Drama Fest cue to cues and rehearsals. Unfortunately, because the tech chief decided not to inform me of all these things I had to do, I am choosing to not do Drama Fest. I made a work schedule for myself, am going to the Marianasa Trench concert, and a hundred other things at the same time, and then they just say “oh, well, get someone else to work and do those things”. So, fuck the world. I don’t care, other people can do it.

Vancouver owned again. They are up in the series 3-1. I need to record this in my hat lol.

Anyway, later.

Boogie yeah

TIME: 7:52am, Tuesday
WATCHING: Avril Lavigne - "Girlfriend"

Shitty days in a row: 2.
Again, its rainy, wet, damp, and windy. Its deffinatly Spring.

So, I had many strange dreams last night, and I can't tell whats reality at the moment, so I'll make this short beforte I say something stupid.

My Gears of War prints in art class look awesome. I think I'll be able to scan one later on when I get them back. I also drew up, inked, and coloured a wicked concept image of Dark Jak from Jak and Daxter 2. First time I have drawn something in a long time. Again, for art class. Figured I had free time, and I should spend it on something relevent. I'll try and upload it after school.

What else.... OH! I reserved tickets for the Marianas Trench concert. Very excited. My mom agreed to drive, my friend Matt is coming, and I got the day off. Everything is falling into place.

I'm off.

Trench life

TIME: 7:42am, Monday
WATCHING: Belly... wish I wasn't

I kicked Dixie Kong’s ass so many times yesterday. My bongo beats are so much better then hers. Suck it Dixie!

So, went to my grandparents for dinner last night. My older brother and I played some Texas Hold Em before getting bored of just having bragging rights for our victory, so we went to buy candy, and then played poker for fuzzy peaches and cherry blasters, with my little brother too. Good times had by all.

I got the 300 OST as well as the Marianas Trench cd. The Marianas Trench cd is insanely good. Its called “Fix Me” and every song owns. Here’s the funny thing about that. I also found out there is a Marianas Trench concert next Tuesday in town. Wow ^_^ The ya re also on Much tonight.

Caught up on all the MyO happenings. Good.

Ganna go eat my spoils of poker now. Have a grand one. Enjoy this insane card trick.

Same Day

TIME: 11:06am, Sunday
WATCHING: nothing

Screw the song, go find it yourselves. Kidding. I kinda forgot about it.

Anyway, I was a little surprised by a few things yesterday.
1. My brothers had a MAJOR room switch. Older brother took over the game room. Little brother owns the master bedroom.
2. Someone told me Gerard Way might have a new Girlfriend. I find this intriguing. Saw a picture too. Oh, and Gerard was voted #21 most unsexiest man of 2007 by The Phoenix. Losers.
3. Woke up to a NEW version of Good Charlotte’s “The River” on tv. Very awesome.
4. Discovered new episodes of GCTV. Hilarious.
5. Realized how shitty the french fries are at airports when we sent my dad off to Toronto. Bastard, I wanna go to Toronto.
6. Time flies when you’re having fun.... at work!
7. It snowed again. Need I say it... not impressed.
8. Mother walked into my room when I was playing Guitar Hero, sat down in my computer chair, and watched me. Proceeded to comment on my chair and distract me. Got 3 stars on that song.

That sums up my day. It was generally a surprising day, eventful to say the least. Wasn’t happy with the results of the Kontrol video countdown. Just thought I’d mention that. Anything August can go suck it, Good Charlotte should be #1. Maybe I should go and vote.

Oh!
9. Andrew (Techno Cat on here) posted for the first time in 2 years. I signed up for MySpace just to talk to him.
10. MySpace was surprisingly lamer then I could have imagined. I like Live Journal better, which I made an account on to post MCR news to the masses.

Needed to add those.

I think that’s all. Hmmm... played Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for the first time in ages. Got myself owned. OH! Solved the mystery of my PS2 playing itself. My older brother revealed today it had been him all along, using the PS2 remote. He did it when I was playing Ghost Recon. I caught him. Asshole. Ganna shot him later.

Alright, this is DAMN long. Later laser dragons! Oh yeah.
Cody

EDIT: I'm eating vanilla yogurt and strawberries for the first time ever.... heaven. Oh, and the thing I said about my shirt smelling funny last week, its cause I walked through the "pourch" to get it, and my mom smokes there. Cancer.

Word yo

TIME: 9:53am, Saturday
WATCHING: my hands type

Aw, what... what’s this... yeah... I was shot. Oh well.

Ah Smosh, so funny. Look them up on YouTube. No but really, I was shot. By a BB gun, for the 3rd time. My brothers and I and my little brothers friend had a battle with the airsoft BB guns. It was awesome. The battle started over my little brother throwing a rolled up paper at me, and it smoking me in the face. So, my older brother and I had a shot gun and a hand gun, in the living room stronghold, which had two french doors. Convenient. Little brother and his friend had a hand gun, that was it. So, guess who won, yeah, us. It was so fun though. Little brother got shot in the face twice by me, and in the head, at point blank my the shot gun, that’s when he quit. His friend was also shot in the mouth by the shot gun, but I wasn’t using that lol. My battle wound is a bleeding welt on my left arm. Older brother, and comrade in action got three, one on the colar bone, one on the arm, and one on the finger.

So, in general, it was a hilarious event. Of course, nothing was broken, but these things can’t happen when the parents are home, which is fun ^_^

That was generally the highlight of my night. Did some ipod organizing. Oh, speaking of such, you should all listen to “Shaketramp” by Mariana’s Trench. Yes, that is spelt right too. It’s a really hilarious, upbeat song. I’ll post it tomorrow for you, or maybe in an edit.

Vancouver lost.

Later ya’ll.

Fest this

TIME: 1:08pm, Friday
WATCHING: zippo

I guess I should make a post now... see, I had to save up my energy so I could watch the Vancouver Canucks kick ass tonight. Late game.

Oh, so, I woke up at 7am, looked out the window, saw a foot of snow, wasn't impresses (like usual) and went to sleep til 12. Got up again, most of the snow is gone. So, I have come to the conclusion that if you see snow, then go to sleep, it'll be gone about 4-5 hours later.

Lets discuss Job Fest. It was okay. Way to many suits, and way to many schools attended. 400 students. We had some seminars, that were fun. I had a nice opportunity to look like an idiot because I volunteered to "model" a giant picture in front of 125 people. We layed Jeparde too, which was fun. Worst thing we did were mock job interviews, and mine was awkward. Have the time I didn't even know if she was giving me advice, or interviewing me. Not pleasent. I had a massive headache at that time too.

Right after that I had to go to work. So busy. Everyone thought the snow storm was ganna sack us, which is really didn't, but they came in the masses anyway.

So, that's about it. I look forward to the next 8 hours of boredom due to parent teacher interviews, meaning no school for me, and... chocolate milk. Peace.

Oh, that LP video that wouldn't work, its in the intro, replacing the GC video. Check it out.

Land ho!

TIME: 7:52am, Thursday
WATCHING: commercials

You all might or should have heard about Stone Cold Steve Austin’s new movie, “The Condemned” which premiered last night. Well, just thought I’d let you know it is a complete rip-off of the manga “Battle Royale. Steve Austin was at Much yesterday to discuss the film, and everything he said is taken from that manga. I wonder if anyone else will notice that and say something in the news. I don’t care that much, cause it looks awesome. I’ll probably even seen it.

This here is the shit. Vancouver WILL win the Stanley Cup. Its called ownage, and it’ll happen. Quadrouple overtime last night and they won, 5-4.

Its Job Fest today. See, I’m bummed that I don’t get to watch “The Rise of Evil” which is a wicked film about Adolf Hitler, in Mod. History. We started it yesterday, and I had been looking forward to it. Oh well.

Uh, what else.... I started carving the Gears of War logo into wood. It looks dope, and I’ll try and get a photo for you. Also tried to ride my pocket bike last night but couldn’t get it to start to save my life. Annoyed by that.

Right now, you WILL watch this fucking insanely amazing WB Records highlight of the amazing phenomenon that is Linkin Park.

And lastly, Pete Wentz referred to himself as once being like a “Drug Store Cowboy”. This comes from Dose.ca, who say “The emo threat level has officially been dropped from amber, ‘go cut yourself’ level, to yellow, ‘just hold yourself and cry a little’, level”. This is because someone BESIDES Pete Wentz is having issues in Fall Out Boy and basically fucking up their tour. I find this all very hilarious of course. Read the article here if you want. Its funny.

Reports today

TIME: 7:53am, Wednesday
WATCHING: Fall Out Boy - Thanks for the Memories

Man I feel good today. Felt great yesterday too. There is something aboutwaking up when its nice outside that makes life that way.

The pesky cell phone of mine was finally found. I almost had to suspend it, after searching my entire house, and room, and every article of clothing I own. Last place I look: laptop case... and there it is.... I’m retarded like that.

Job Fest sounds like its ganna be a drag. Although it makes a kinda 4 day weekend, doing job training and seminars might suck more then I thought. Oh yeah, I’m going to Job Fest Thursday.

I thought of something regarding Fall Out Boy last night. He is the reason the band is considered “emo”. I find that amusing. One person has so much influence, and in my opinion, he has sparked a musical trend. Oh, and she makes out with guys too. Just thought I’d throw that in there for shits and giggles. He said it himself, I'm not joking! "anything above the waist is fair game".

On Fire

TIME: 7:51am, Tuesday
WATCHING: Timbaland - Give it to Me

Although most aspects of life are riding the highway, with long weekends, no work in school, concerts, and events, there is one that is draining me. I am going to have a financial breakdown.

See, here’s the thing that’s been sucking these past few weeks. I have to take so much time off for Drama work, two weeks back and two weeks from now, as well as there are national holidays in which no one works, and this all leads to me not having any time to work at my job, and make money. Second problem. Doing concerts, which are important, and Drama, costs a lot of money. When you don’t work much, you don’t make much, and life still goes on, like buying food to eat during school and whatnot. This leads to me owning $60. Yeah.... that sucks. I have to pay $75 to go to Drama Fest, then food money on top of that. I owe my brother $90 already from Columbia House, and life still goes on.....

BUT, besides my financial breakdown, which better be worked out by May or I’m going to kill something/someone, life is good.

Still snow.

Have a grand week everyone. I have a two day school week due to Job Fest on Thursday, which means no school for me. Yeah. Another 4 day weekend because of that. Booyah.

Oh, AlexisonFire is coming here in JUNE!!!! So excited, and my friend who has been in New York is ganna freak when I tell him.

I've been getting a little lazy, waitng for you to come save me

TIME: 9:42am, Monday
WATCHING: Gwen Stefani - Sweet Escape

Snow not gone. For the most part.

So, Easter was good. It will be remembered as gaming day from here on out. I played Donkey Konga 2, Guitar Hero 2, and researched Gears of War. I also listened to all of The Ten Second Epic cd and the Good Charlotte cd, as well as prepared my art project, watched an intense hockey game, and uploaded all kinds of media to f-i.net.

So, not only gaming day, but media day. I feel accomplished, that’s for sure. I haven’t gotten this much done in ages.

Oh, and we had a ton of company, good company, not bitchy little 12 year old girls. Good times had by all, and plenty of turkey and ice cream.

Cutting this short, just so I don’t take anymore of your time. Later all.
Cody

EDIT: My shirt smells funny.... anyway, I wanted to mention some more bitchyness I recieved the other day. I asked this old women a question at a store, she was the employee, and because I wasn't an adult, she fucking yelled at me, and kinda like, ignored me.... like... right. Cody's ganna slap a bitch...
