hey hey hey! nice coming back to the light side here. so, I moved, in a shitty town that's full of old people. I just got the internet yesterday but spent all my time re making my political science project. so, still no tv besides 3 fuzzy channels, just got phone and internet, and should be getting tv thursday and a new laptop this weekend. my buddy Matt is also getting the game rock band this weekend, so fun fun. anywho, that's the happenings. sorry for the absence, hope you all still remember I exist.

Yo, so... I remember yesterday I said something about the fire in my house probably not getting upstairs. Well, scratch that, because of all fucking places in that massive house MY ROOM was the most devastated. EVERYTHING is melted. The cops did an investigation and such, then we got to go in, and honestly, its such a scary looking place. We have images, which I'll post from my dad's facebook at the bottom. But yeah, I got my cloths, because they were deep in my room, and only soaked. Oh yeah, the firefighters just blasted my room so bad. It was the only place in the whole house dripping wet. Yeah, but I got come shirts and pants all cleaned now, most of my cds, dvds and games, but they are soaked and the cases melted on most. I have my PSP, its drying out right now. My laptop it melted on top and charred, but the bottom is okay, so we're going to get some pros to take the hard drive out of it. Uh, tv, ps2, gamecube, dvd player, satellite in my room, melted. My cat Amy died in the fire it seems, my dad found her last night in the upstairs bathroom under towels. I'm okay about that right now.... Lemme see.... there is no point in me explaining much more damage because only someone who's seen my house would understand, but basically, the fire started in the main hallway, there is a hole in the floor there and the wall. It destroyed every room around the hall. Hey, so, I'm on dad's laptop, and I'll make this short. My house burned down on Christmas eve. Yeah, sucks. Well, its still standing, but I can't go in yet and check my room. I don't think the fire got to my room, but it wrecked a hallway and such. Uhhh, so, my mom was in the house when it happened, she's in intensive care right now. Me and my brothers were at dad's place with our presents. So, I showed up at the house and called 911, yatta yatta, its a long story I'm sick of talking about right now. But, everyones cool except mom, for now. Its kinda tragic I guess... I'll come back later and chat when I find my fucking laptop in my room, hopefully not charred. Good thing I got cloths for xmas. TIME: 9:32am, Sunday One of my little brothers friends, the one I hate the most, just added me as a friend on Facebook. What a joke. Uh, no. Anyway, once again, 2 years in a row now, I get stuck working all 3 days before Christmas! Hooray! Guess what though, in the next 7 days, I will work 24 hours exactly. 10-5 today, 9-5 tomorrow, and 8-5 next Saturday. That works out to $174 dollars + 2 days vacation pay based on my average hours for the week, which will be 6, so hahaha, I'm laughing my way to the bank. The way I see this blasphemous schedule is that it'll fund my entire trip to Montreal! Anywho, gotta jet, go find some choco moo cow milk somewhere. Peace. CoDy

Anyway, yesterday was the last day of school, we had the variety show, good times, that started my headache because it was super loud, as I alluded to in the last post, during school haha. TIME:12:13pm, Friday Oh, what an amusing day thus far. I'm sitting in the tech booth, its noon right now, people are rehearsing for the variety show this afternoon, so all I hear is drums and guitars. Anyway, I just did my grad write-up, and it goes like this: "You're checking out the new Hollywood blockbuster, it rocked. Yeah, you're welcome, because that will be mine someday. Don't die Amy!" Pro right, I know. I'm nervous that I just did it. Its the last day to submit them too, so I didn't want to forget. Went shopping with the little bro yesterday night for about 3 hours. We were at the movie theatre arcade, trying to win a huge prize like the ipod shuffle my brother won a few weeks back. Same game. We got to the final stage of the game a million times it seemed, and my brother wasted about $25 dollars trying to win. Ha. Anyway, yeah, gotta bolt and do some lighting work. CoDy

TIME: 8:04am, Thursday A Thursday without Survivor is a sad one. Okay... so, I just generally feel excited, not really a Christmas excitement, although that's all well and good, but I know the direction my life is taking, and its going to go okay, things are falling into place, I "get" it so to speak. TIME: 7:59am, Wednesday Oh yeah, its Wednesday! Booyah! My mom's best friend is coming over for the holidays from Newfoundland today. She's awesome, so awesome that she is epic. Can't wait. Um um um.... I did something funny. There is a course in grade 12 called Theatre Arts. At almost the end of the semester, they present plays they have written and such. Yesterday was the day they were presented, and I was requested by all 5 groups to do their lights. So, I did. Tickets are sold to watch, everyone fills the theatre, teacher announces first play, I take the spotlight off of him, walk back in the tech booth to turn down the house light, then to the light board, slightly hit the table, the computer freezes. It starts making this loud buzzing noise, the screen is black, no lights work when I move the sliders and actors are popping out on stage. Total "oh shit" moment. So, I peel out of the booth and yell down the to the teacher on the floor "Yo, Mr. Hall, ganna have to stop, the computer froze!" he looks up at me, everyone in the crowd just cheers, so loud. It was hilarious. Rebooted everything, it was fine. Totally hilarious moment. Good shows though. Anyway, gotta bolt. Later CoDy

TIME: 8:08am, Tuesday Oh, so I totally forgot to mention yesterday that Todd won the finale of Survivor! With a 4-3-1 vote, it was very close, and unexpected, but I'm glad he won, he played a wicked game. Next season starts February 6th of 7th. Finished my final World Issues project, almost done the trying Pol. Sci one. I think its looking funny. It amuses me slightly, so I hope everyone elese gets a kick out of it. I'll post it later this week if I remember, and if anyones interested. Gotta go kids. No snow day today! CoDy
