   regaining my sanity
I've finnally returned to normal and figured out what the problem was. As InsaneAndroid said, it was to do with water, but not what was in it. You see, over the past week its been really hot here in London and coz I've been soooooo busy (drawing mainly) I forgot to drink water and even forgot to eat at some point over the weekend, and now that its not as hot as last week Im finnaly calming down. Also I was bored out of my skull for most of last week so that's another reason for me going over the edge.
