   Big Lots Closing
It is a sad occurence, but in our town...Big Lots didn't have a snowballs chance in you know where to survive. But, I was able to get a Sopranos trivia game (for $8.88) and a nice bracelet before they said goodbye forever. I fear that a lot of stores are going to go down the same road here with the way things are going. What is worse...NO ONE is hiring and I cannot get work. But that doesn't rule out Bloomington, Greenwood or Indy so I won't quit trying. I am still thinking of going back to school and getting my Masters in Library Science. If I don't like it...I'm going into Anthropology.

   More Gifts ?!
Gasp ! Will wonders ever cease ? My best friend, Josh is awesome ! Since he's a trucker now, he let me (yes LET me) have his XBox. ^.^ I was really surprised by that. I am going to get a new game for it tomorrow since all I have is his copy of Halo 2, which I also love. He is probably going to get me something Star Wars related, fighting, action/adventure, or driving. Whatever the choice I am sure it will be great ! I also got a Harry Potter watch, a Harry Potter Snitch watch, and two fancy Harry Potter tins to put whatever I want in them. I also got to see Cheaper By the Dozen 2 and Serenity. Serenity is the Firefly movie. I had never seen the series but the movie is incredible. I am so inspired I might just do a fanart of River. I love River's character. :D Also I got Elf from Josh, which is one of my favorite films, so yes... I have had an eventful holiday.

Other surprises I have gotten...
A sheerling from Coldwater Creek (for not so cold days)
An opal butterfly ring
And amythest earrings and a bracelet. :O
Spoiled ? I hope that I am not. =P

   Surprises !
I wasn't expecting so many gifts this year and I got a lot of surprises. I got wonderful presents from my beloved friends Karen and Bill (adorable snowman socks, a wonderful candle that smells like CINNAMON) and some Weebl and Bob plushies from my Netherlands surrogate brother, Alberto. I wasn't expecting the plushies but I knew what they were as soon as I saw "Weebls" on the box.
I thought, "WAI !" as soon as I opened it. I also got a glass dragon, a small Faerysprite (Boyds of course), a fiberoptic Angel that is absolutely gorgeous (her wings change color when she's lit), a lighthouse that lights and plays "It's a Small World" (it's Cape Hatteras), books, anime, SOPRANOS SEASON 5 (BADA BOOM, BABY), and Jungle Book II. ^-^

So Apropros...A friend of mine said my name should be Hikari, which means basically the same thing...
Mitsuko
Your Japanese name should be

'Mitsuko'

which means "child of light".

You're a very optimistic person and spread out
your happiness! You're a real social butterfly;
you love to be around people and can't stand
staying home alone too long. You're really a
bright, shining light!

Which Japanese name fits you best? [females, 9 results + absolutely stunning ANIME pictures!]

In Progress...
I have now begun a new comic strip series based on my characters Crimson and Clover. As you can see the first strip is up, and I have given it an alternate title "Crim Discusses the Meaning of Life". I hope everyone likes it.
Making a strip was my father's idea so I thought...
"Why not ?" ! :w00t!: I think it came out sensationally.
More definately to come !

Other things I am working on...
Leif's Unidracogriff (continuation on Clover's "Guide")
Natural Born Magician (in progress, Harry Potter fanfic)
Lost in the Void (in progress)
Winfro, Bobobo's Brother from another Mother (Bobobo fanfic...in progress)
The Importance of Being Finn (JCA fanfic...in progress)
Operation: Caedusus (Totally Spies fanfic, features NY Spy Division, my GIRLS !...in progress)
Sacred Heart (in progress)
Iota, Nil, Bumpkus (in progress)
Parish the Thought (in progress)
Father Always Liked You Best (in progress)
Two Steps Away... (" ")
Etc.

Anyway, I have to be going. I need to practice my solo and the rest of Antonio Vivaldi's Gloria (ORIGINAL LATIN TEXT), because I have to sing my Solo on Sunday. Wish me the best everyone...I'm having tea w/ honey before I sing.

   Christmas Spectacular
I usually don't cry during Christmas but this celebration really touched me. The music was absolutely exemplary, the costumes were resplendant and the special guests were incredible. They had a black lady from the cast of Rent sing a solo to Seasons of Love and a juggler who *played the piano w/ balls*. No, I kid you not...He really did. It was absolutely sensational. If you're in Indy and have enough money to come and hear Sandy Patty this season, I highly recommend it ! ^-^

   Nutcracker Ballet
Whenever I hear the Sugar Plum Fairy Suite,
I imagine them prancing on stage in holiday finery--
All the costumes, the ethereal music resonates deep within me
Tchiacovsky's melodies sing throughout eternity
Never getting old
The ballet, pagentry and beauty always dazzles me,
No matter how old I am
It reawakens my inner child
And causes me to renew myself completely,
So far as long as Christmas bells ring
And nutcrackers and fairies dance,
I will remain a child at heart.

   Snow, Snow, Snow
We were snowed out of work tonight so I'm staying home. It's cold but not too chilly.
If mom doesn't have to go to school tomorrow, we can find the Angel and put it on the tree. Once that is done, I'm taking a picture of it. I am currently watching Three Wise Guys on USA and I am loving it. It's hilarious ! ^-^ Well this weekend I will be going to the Christmas Spectacular, which is a holiday tradition of ours. The magnificent Sandy Patty is the hostess of this Spectacular, and I really believe it is befitting of her. I will inform you more on my weekend once it has happened. Be blessed everyone and have a sensational holiday season. :)
