   T.G.I.F!!!!!!!!
i know this sound kinda retarded sice its saturday now, but this is how i feel. All this week i've stayed up every night to do college application essays and get the applications in befor the deadline which was friday. it made me miserable because every day at school i'd be tired from the previous night and i'd end up repeating the same thing. I was glad to get my mom to drop the letters off and break the vicious cycle of heavy work and light sleep. i'm supposed 2 read 50 pages 4 AP Lit this weekend but F*** it! i'm tired as hell so my teacher can blow it out her @$$ cuz i'm chillin 2night!!
p.s. sry 4 the cursing but i need a release...

   Thanksgiving!!!!!!!
yippey! turkey day! 2day i spent most of my time pretaring by going here & there w/ my mom 4 last minute shopping. It was very little but it took all day because it was rainy. the traffic is really bad also because alot of ppl r traveling by car 2day 4 the holidays. but i'm glad that 2moro i can spend time w/ my family & EAT LOTS OF FOOD!!!! hope ur thanxgiving is @ least as good as mine, Happy Thanksgiving ppl
P.S. I know homework won't allow me 2 go scott free bu i hope its better in ur case...

   waz ^, waz^, wazzup!!
how r u guyz? i have 2 say that my weekend has been pretty good. On friday i went to a college tour field trip w/ sum of my friends. For the 1st hour or so we were listening 2 the presentations & it was all getting mundane so we decided 2 skip out. When we looked the itinerary, which showed many programs goin on @ the same time, there was one for a japanese major! we decided 2 check it out but when we asked for directions the man (who was ironically asian) misunderstood us and sent us halfway across campus! by the time we realized that we went the wrong way the program was almost over so we decided 2 chill @ a neat grassy area near a sundial. we talked randomly about school, to Death Note, and who'd we kill if we had one, like some of the teachers,LoL! then I called a friend who didn't go cuz she was a junior. it was the beginning of 3rd period & the teacher is always L8 so we talked with her 4 a while on speaker phone. We also talked w/ my friends crush, who she likes 2 argue with and DID. it was funny when she denied the fact that she liked him when every cute asian guy we passed on campus reminded her of him (she'd mention this out loud). We also ran into a girl who graduated from our school 2 years ago & she was telling us about campus life. The school has a really laid back vibe. at lunch we at @ the food court which was packed but we managed 2 get some pizza. Ironically we learned alot more from talking 2 ppl on campus than we did in the presentations.

sry 4 getting behind on my updates but I'm getting behind in life as well... Report cards are being mailed 2day & i know i slacked off towards the end of the quarter. 2day was the 1st day that in Child Development we went 2 the elementary school across the street to intern w/ teachers. It brought memories back such as the playing of corny educational songs on the radio and circle time. There was this little girl who kept asking me questions for help & she was so CUTE! she had the prettiest green eyes & I just wanted to squeeze her rosy cheeks! LoL i sound like my mom. Anyways I'm curious about u guys so i'll check ur pages & tell me how ur doin!
P.S. i'll make it up 2 u for not being here with this song from the Death Note anime, it ROX!!!!

wel, the only thing I can say I enjoyed htis week was the end of Ramadan. Now I can EAT!wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....*ahem* I really enjoyed eid because i got 2 spend time w/ my brothers who r normally away. besides that its been the usual. If ur a junior, u really should start looking 4 colleges. I thought last year that they were just BSing me but now i have 2 juggle school work and college search/applications & it SUX cuz evry1 wants their applications in @ the same time! so yea thats it 4 me...

I'm sry if u ppl haven't heard from me in a while but school has become suffocating L8Ly. Every time I'm not doing school work or chores, I'm sifting through college applications or trying 2 study 4 the november SAT which is the same weekend as the B-day party i'm hoping 4. Besides that, I have been keeping strong, though I can at least enjoy Ramadan more on the weekends. But enough about me... how r u guys? I hope nuthin is wrong

   Taste the Rainbow
Yesterday was the 1st of Ramadan! Every sunday my mosque coordinates a dinner to break the fast. My mom, sister, and I were on our way there when we stopped by the store to pick up some extra drinks. When we came out, there was a rainbow & it gave us a warm fuzzy feeling inside, AwWwWwWWw! I'm not joking it actually happened. Anyway, fasting from food isn't going 2 b hard 4 me because I don't eat @ skool anyway. Fasting for us includes all types of behavioral restraint. So no, I can't cuss out my ppl when they get on myy nerves, LoL. I think the hardest part of fasting for me this year is trying 2 ignore & not flirt w/ a really cute guy in 3 of my classes that usually sits near me O.O

   Just chillin'
I'm glad its friday. TGIF!!! my week included alot of work. i also seem to have the luck 2 b missing my bus all the time! Sometimes its me & sometimes itz the bus driver. At any rate i had 2 call the bus lot 2 tell them 2 change my stop because they put it blocks away from my house when it used 2 b across the street! so i'm glad itz over for this week. hopefully on primary election day i can hgo 2 my buddy's house for a fruuba reunion.

P.S. a friend lent me the 1st 4 volumes of Death Note & it totally ROX!!!
