Well it was a nice birthday

Trust me it been a while since I had a nice birthday. My sister and I baked than decorated mini white snowflake cakes. We even managed to make a few origami pieces on our first time out. ^^ After a good family dinner that most of helped out with we had a huge dessert and I got all the gifts I asked for. It was a laugh happy day. ^^ I even managed to sneak a new drawing in here.

Other than that not alot has been going on here. I did find out that when Musicland did the bankrupt the anime companies took it much worse than the manga companies. I'm not sure if its going to effect anything immediately or in the future any. But people have brought up the worry of anime wholesalers.

This brings us to today's questions-
1. Who do you think will become the major seller of anime now?
2. What do you think of manga that is made in any country other than Japan?

Information Post

The WB and UPN are not going to be airing as independent stations soon. Both stations will stop some time in the fall and a new station with choosen shows from each station. The new station will be call the CW. Named after the two parent companies CBS and the WB. I haven't heard what the station number will be, exact date of change, or seen a listing of what shows will be in the change over.

How's everyone doing?

So far the weekend is odd. A couple of last nights shows were funny. I liked Winry calling thier dad an old man. ^^ And Naruto was just silly.
On the other hand our dryer broke (it won't heat things) and the toliets are being stupid again. Really sometimes I like the idea of apartments because if anything breaks you just call the handy man and he fixes. No scheduling, big fees and annoying stuff like that.

This bring us to today's question. What would your dream home be like?

Wierdness

Hey- Sorry I haven't been around alot. Things are still a bit nuts but hopefully in a week or so I will have them straigtened out.

Till than how has everyone been doing? And does anyone know any of the traditions or common pratices for celebrating Chinese New Year? Now for those of you turn in for the odd blackwings news I'm afraid I don't have much of it. A new character was introduced in the fanart. Expect more of her in time to come (I'm thinking of doing a better job with viewer's opinion pictures with her). A picture of Lily Akai (a one time fanart character will be returning shortly). And than hopefully I can finish the other pictures I meant to do but could never get right. (Which is about half of what I try to draw.) Feel free to voice your opinion. Helps me decide what to draw. Oh yes! The new girl is going to be my Naruto fan character.
OTher than that the weather has been wierd and unseasonalably(probably not a word) warm and sunny. Granted 38 isn't normally what I consider warm butit's sapposed to 12 or something?!!

Well that's my rant.... Now for your questions of the day- How many of you have seen a complete rainbow, from end to end with no breaks?
What is your least favorite genre of show and why? (I don't like slashers -method to my violence please- and anything with big bugs in it.)

Oddly Redone

Originally this post was going to be about how to better my post or make them more interseting. But than I noticed a couple things and wondered... What the heck is with the changes?!?! I noticed that a couple people's portfilios are being "maintenced". I haven't been around in awhile (missed the fun stuff like New Year's and Friday the 13th) and sorry about that. But has anything else been going on? And how do centaurs work with two stomachs?

I wasn't going to but why not

I thought to finish all the pictures I could before X-Mas but with an over active seaonal job I fell a little short. (2 out of 6 or so) anyway congrats to the people who noticed the second person in the Roots picture. ^^ Two recent additions since than.

NOW onto other things. My brother is coming in tonight. -.- Yeah that's about it. I went to see Naria today. It was allright. The White Witch kicked @$$ in the final fight. The was sweet to watch. I saw an advertisement for the second Pirates of the Carribean (looks funny and a little graphis heavy) and a poster for X3. Sapposed to be out in May. Anybody heard anything about it?
HUm?? Whatelse... I felt bad for Al last weekend. Poor guy. That was just a horrid (an messy) outcome of bad things. What a icky spot to leave things for this year (yes that's it for the current Adult Swim and most likely Toonami schedule till after the New Year's). I did learn a little bit back that I was a dog and not a boar. Its the year of the dog this year. But that's later on.
So what is everyone doing this holiday season?
I don't remember whatelse I wanted to say..... So is it an odd idea that Santa Claus married a vampired? *^.^* (Billy and Mandy X-Mas special)

Happy Turkey Day!

We gather today to give thanks for whatever purpose we deem fit! As I look out my snow covered window I am happy for the fact that heating was made. Also the mild level of holiday insanity that these few days will incure. As the early rises who cook today's delicatable set out for shopping tomorrow. May we all survive the crowds, traffics, and long unseen family relations. ^^

Not dead just wondering

I'm trying to work on a few things for here. (You know pictures and story bits. Trying to finish up Songbird's Sonnet soon. ) The insanity of life is making me loony at times but hey what'cha gonna do.
Anyway one pic is up in the fanart if you wanna peek. Other than that I was talking in the pms and wondered something. What makes an anime bad to you? And what is the differnce between a bad anime and one that just sucks? (Really a personnal opinion question. JUst wondering what you think.)

Anyone heard anything?

I just checked my email (rare feat that is). And it said something about ArtofOtaku.com coming shortly. What made me wonder was the comment at a discounted rate- Is the new suggestive art guide going to be a fee or is the entire Otaku going to start having a subscribition fee? That was my main question today.
