Well its happened again

The computer is still a little slow so forgive me as I try to catch up on sites and stuff. (I'm still trying to get the pretty pictures done. ^^)
Plus it seems we've had some changes again. So today's question is what do you think of all the changes and the re-stated rules of the site?
I like that I can check my comment before posting it on someone else's site.
