Songbird's Sonnet

The storm had surrounded the small village. Rain almost seemed to flooded the pathways and feed the underground spring. Thunder roared as lighting struck the ground in view of the house Scar and Songbird were sleeping in. Scar was as active in his sleep as the sky was.
The rain was pouring heavily. Scar was walking down a street. The sound of rain drops was interrupted when someone stepped into the street. She was thin and soaked yet she looked so focused as she stared at him. That look in her blue eyes almost felt as if it would burn through him. Her mouth opened. A sharp noise felt as if it went straight threw Scar but as he turned sideways the true sight horrifide him. The same woman he met that night in rain was laid out on the ground shot. She was encircled in blood. Even her golden hair was soaked with the color, red. "Songbird," Scar almost shouted as he shot up in bed. The sound of thunder resounded behind him. He turned around to see Songbird sleeping in her bed. The storm had not disturbed her.
Scar walked over to Songbird's bed. He sat on the side. Songbird rolled over naturally. Scar could not help but look at her for a short time. 'You seem fine. The wounds from that night have already healed. But for some reason it seems to have made more of an inpact on me.' Scar thought. Songbird's eyelids moved rapidly. She was clearly having a nightmare. Scar moved Songbird's hair out of her face. Her skin felt cold against his. Scar noticed that his hand was partly covered in sweat. He got up and started back to his bed. As he walked the room began to spin. He tried to grabbed the table but missed. He landed on the floor with a loud crash.
Songbird shot up in her bed. She scanned the room quickly. "Scar!" Songbird shouted as lept out of bed. She was by his side in a heartbeat. She rolled Scar onto his back. "Scar," Songbird said as she noticed he was not concious. She put her hand on his head. She looked quickly at the table and floor. "You must have collasped from this fever. You're so hot to the touch. Oh Scar..."
