  RadEdwrd5: Today they wanted me to go in for anotherct scan on the soft neck tissues
RadEdwrd5: i get there and the guy explain for this they have to start an IV
RadEdwrd5: Im like O.O
RadEdwrd5: because this stuff makes things stand out for the tc scan i guess
RadEdwrd5: contrast and bleh lbeh bleh
RadEdwrd5: So he steals my left arm (dont worry her returns it)

RadEdwrd5: He puts that elastic thign around it so tight it hurts very muchly....
RadEdwrd5: He then feels for the vain for a bout four minutes
RadEdwrd5: he finally gets the iv needle out and pokes it in... total pain here.... he moves it around and i suddenly feel a sharp burning pain in my arm... it hurt so bad... he had me explain it.. and did it again...
RadEdwrd5: He continued to shake his head and took the needle out
RadEdwrd5: anyways he walks over to the OTHER arm
RadEdwrd5: and does the same thign
RadEdwrd5: this time no sharp burning pain
RadEdwrd5: just... pain

RadEdwrd5: Again after four minutes of poking for the vain and 2 minutes with digging around tryign to get the iv needle tube into it
RadEdwrd5: he takes it out
RadEdwrd5: im like thinking GOD JUST DO IT ALREADY!!!!
RadEdwrd5: Anyways so they leave me for a moment...
RadEdwrd5: i have this blanket over me which... is making me very hot.. .then one guy comes in and takes really warm blankes and wraps them around my arms
RadEdwrd5: im like o.o??
RadEdwrd5: then i lay there for a few minutes
RadEdwrd5: in comes a lady who then takes the blankes off
RadEdwrd5: and puts the elastic thing around my arm
RadEdwrd5: not very tight though
RadEdwrd5: She did the inner arm vain in the middle...
RadEdwrd5: she told me this "we are gonna use this vain.. its very tender i know but its the best one"
RadEdwrd5: Im like thinking just as long as you just get this over with
RadEdwrd5: So now here i am with 3 holes in my arm
RadEdwrd5: they finally got the IV in
RadEdwrd5: so they start doing the ct scan
RadEdwrd5: im wondering where the iv comes in
RadEdwrd5: soon i come out thinking they are done
RadEdwrd5: wrong
RadEdwrd5: the guy says "we are gonna start the iv now... you are going to feel a slight hot flashy feeling and maybe a bad taste in your mouth but those effects go away very quickly so dont worry"
RadEdwrd5: Im like oh dear lord
RadEdwrd5: and this goes on for four minutes
RadEdwrd5: go away quickly my butt
RadEdwrd5: i had my mouth clamped shut and my tongue was numb and i never swallowed so i never tasted anything
RadEdwrd5: but i felt like i was bleeding from every pore in my body
RadEdwrd5: it burned so much
RadEdwrd5: i was just.... so hot
RadEdwrd5: and they still had the blanket over my body which didnt help any
RadEdwrd5: once it was all over the guy let me stand up and he led me towards the exit
RadEdwrd5: i felt like passing out
RadEdwrd5: ugh... i was throught a lot today

RadEdwrd5: fun day for me eh?

RadEdwrd5: i wanted to rip the guys head off
RadEdwrd5: the lady did it and got it done with
RadEdwrd5: but the guy fished for a vain
RadEdwrd5: i wanted to leap from the table thingy and strangle him to death
