I was born in 1984, so that would make me 20. Once every 4 years there is a Leap Year, or a 29th of Feb. So if you divide my actual age (20) by 4 (every year with a 29th of Feb.) and you get 5. But I'm actually 20. I hoped that helped your understanding. :o)
