Been some time since I wrote anything in here. Well, nothing much is happening actually, I'm still continuing with my therapy and I'm still working my ass off in college. I haven't updated my site in a while because I've been so busy, but I'll probably add some academic artworks soon - so check back!

Lexapro
I've just been prescribed an anti-depressant called Lexapro. Its an SSRI (I forgot what they stand for). Anyway, so far the side effects have been more funky than bad. I lost my appetite, and I get a lot of nervous energy a lot of the time, but its ok.
Its gonna take 2 weeks to reach theraputic level, so if I don't have a depressive spell until then, I guess the Lexapro must be working.



This is my cat Gracie she's the "Blue" cat.

(no subject)
You know what? Its 10.07 pm on an Friday night and I'm at home, bored. I just realised that I'm pretty alone in the world. People my age should be going out and having a good time, but not me.

Not even an email...sigh.

I'm not really good at anything else except for art. So when I see other people's art that looks so good, I feel like giving up. But when I give up art, I have nothing else to do in life, so I might as well die.

Hi,

Just to thank everyone who signed my guestbook. I've been told too that people do read the Otaku life posts. Well, ever since I wrote about depression, I've been going to a psychologist - I still need to go to a psychiatrist though, to get an anti-depressant prescription.

I'm pretty busy right now with school and a commission, so I don't have time to do my own stuff. In any case, feel free to comment on any of my posts.

Does anyone read this?
Does anyone read this section? Anyway, who cares, I'll write anyway - I need to let out steam.

I am soooooooo tireeeeedddddd.....I have so much classwork to do. I have figure painting today and I've never used oil paint in my life and so far I'm struggling in class with it. It doesn't help that some people in my class already had Still-life painting the semester before so they're soooo gooood...
I"m dying to try my hand at Painter 7 again. I've just turned out a half-decent pic with it, and I really want to develop my skills with it while I'm on a roll.

   Just a post
Things have been rather good lately...I've finished my Mech angel pic and my first pic using Painter. However, as I said, my semester's started and I feel like I'm at the bottom of all my drawing classes. I have to do extra workshop hours as a result (12 hours extra each week)

   Depression
Hi,
Thanks again to SnowFox Kenjutsu girl for signing my guestbook. Yes, I do use Adobe Photoshop 7, for my CG because I can't figure out Painter yet (if ever).
I don't know when I'll be finishing the "mech angel" pic you see on my website because I've been going through a phase of pretty bad depression right now and I have to see a shrink for it. Anyway, your nice comments really make my day each day. Thanks
