school-town kiss
there we were, just sitting outside of classrooms.
the scuff of feet on the floor fell in rhythm with whisper of voices and the scratch of pencils.
short, pale brown hair fell in my face while my head is bent in a book.
your arm is around my waist, holding me close to you.
you feel warm, your spirit is like a wild fire that warms my sad heart.
fingers tilt my head towards yours and i hear you whisper something...what was it again? oh, i remember "you have something on your face..."
then, for one second, though it felt like a million, you and i shared the same breath...for one moment, you and i shared a taste of the other's heart.
izzy kissed two days ago! i love him so much! he's the sweetest. in fact, he helped me write this and posted in his notebook. isn't that completely sweet?!?!?! i love him!
