myOtaku.com: broken faerie
|
Hey there! Broken_faerie reporting for duty! Umm, I'm not very good at introductions, so I'll just say that I hope you get at least a little something out of this thing!
Monday, December 18, 2006
Hey everybody.
So what's new with everyone? Not much here, that's for sure...
Well, this is the last week of school before Christmas break, thank goodness. However, it is destined to be a week filled with tests, homework by the tons, and all manner of other horrors (aka, demonstration speeches). At least I got my speech out of the way today. I was so nervous, I thought I was going to get sick (and it didn't help that I was the very first one to go)! My demonstration speech was about how to make a beaded bracelet. My hands were shaking so much, I could barely hold the thing up. But at least, I got through it (maybe a tad too quickly; I might get points taken off), and hardly anyone laughed at me when I almost tripped on a desk on the way back to my seat. -__- I hate speaking in front of people.
So anywaaaaaaay... Got the last of the X-mas shopping done yesterday. Nothing too exciting. I wanted to get stuff for my friends, but as none of them would tell me what they wanted...I couldn't. I'm not the kind of person that can just go to a store and say "Oh hey, so-and-so would like this," and buy it for them. So I believe I'll just be handing out cards and maybe some candy. Maybe.
Hmm. Well, that about does it for my little post today.
Later!
