hey. i was depressed for about eight years and it sucked. but i have some um what should i call it well an anxiety problem and thats what was causing me all of the stress. but i just met someone six months ago and things are really looking up. i do get down sometimes though, my life is far from perfect. anyway, if you wanted me to i could try to help..i took my depression pretty far. well, i'm adding you as my friend..i hope that's okay. later.

Depression....i went through that a while ago. Can be hard to get over. You really have to figure out why you are depressed to start with than things get better. Later-
