My step-dad had a heartattack today (his 3rd) so I will probably not be on for a few days since I have to run back and forth between my little town and the big city where he is in the hospital.

   in a lovey mood
Well the sappy side is showing today. I cant help myself. I just have this love mood happening I guess.

I did 3 wallpapers today:

The first was from Kyo Kara Maou and it featured Conrad and his great tragic unrequited love. I think the lyrics (from Erykah Badue) fit perfectly.

Then I did one from Wolfs Rain of Kiba holding Cheza. If the corniness factor doesnt override things I'll be fine. But yes - yes I went there. I used the lyrics to Almost Paradise. *ducks before the rotten apples get thrown at me for being over the top corny*

Lastly (so far anyhow) I did a Kenshin wallpaper featuring Kenshin and Tomoe. Now as most people know I love Tomoe with our deadly man slayer much more than Kaoru with silly Kenshin. I used some lyrics, well not technically lyrics, but the words from a letter Christopher left Mary in the gratto ((how do you spell that word? o.O )) in Under The Cherry Moon. It's a beautiful letter. I thought it fit how Kenshin was seeing things in a new way after feeling Tomoe's love.

I REALLY wish we could write all this with the wallpaper like how the art section lets the artists write.

Trunks woke me up waaaayyyyy too early this morning. Ggrrr. I am so tired.

In other news: Yesterday I uploaded 3 old Fruits Basket wallpapers. I do that sometimes when I havent made a new one in a while.

   4 wallpapers
I did 2 Cat Soups. I dont know if they will be popular or not since Cat Soup seems to not be so known, but I really thought the elephant was cool enough to be a wallpaper. They aren't anything special to be honest.

I did finish that Tsume one I was working on a few days ago. It didnt turn out the way I wanted in my head, but I think the words go pretty well with the picture so I put it up.

I did one from Yami no Matsuei also. I did Oriya. I think thats my favorite of today.

   Stabbing Westward
Yesterday I was listening to Stabbing Westward. I really really love their stuff. They sing about some of the most intense pain, and some of the most incredible love. Anyhow, I got inspired to make some wallpapers using their lyrics. Some of the ones I wanted to make (like the Tsume one using My Rage, and the Kenshin/Tpmoe one using.. I forgot right at this moment) aren't coming out so well so they are still being toyed with. I did get the Cloud/Aeris one done using Haunting Me. I also got Juubei/Kazuki done using You Complete Me (one of my fav Stabbing Westward songs). I used Beauty and the Beast for Shido/Modoka, yes I know thats not Stabbing Westward.

I had more to say but I need to go organize my video games - they are all messy and it's starting to really bug me.

   Advent chibis.. okay not really.. but you get the idea.
Today's wallpapers are Final Fantasy VII – Advent Children. I have done several, only submitted 2 as of the time of this entry. I think they look pretty seamless so they may appear to be only screen shots, but they are not. I actually have 2 shots on each. On the Aerith/Cloud one you can probably tell since I did a shadow effect, but on the Vincent/Cloud, it looks more like just a big ole screen shot. However, I used the same shot twice. In doing so I was able to stretch the trees up to cover the entire wallpaper without losing the integrity of the scene. (Think wide-screen versus full screen.) It was tricky but I did it. I am sure most people wont notice I put quite some time into that alignment and resizing, but I guess I should think to myself that that means I did a really good job if they cant tell.

I also finally got a Muraki submitted. I have other ones I wanna do but as said before.. those usually crash my system. Damn you you evil doctor!
