   Should've taken a left at Alba-coy-kee...
Well, I must say, Saturday night anime was fun! That's the most Sesshomaru action I've ever seen. I was in seventh heaven! ^_^

Samurai Champloo was good. I'm really getting into that show. I think I'll have to get my hands on the series, because I missed some of the previous episodes.

And then there's my all-time fave... Trigun. That episode has to be one of my favorite episodes. As if Vash wasn't silly enough, he goes and gets drunk! Hahahaha...

Now onto Gungrave... A couple of my friends have been mentioning that Gungrave is now on G4tv. To be honest, I didn't know I had G4tv. O_o
Well, I do... woohoo!
So, I caught two episodes of Gungrave Sunday night. And it left off in a really good part of the series. Harry killed Brandon, and Grave makes his first appearance. I have to admit, I prefer the Japanese/English subtitled version better. I think it's because I got used to the voices. On the English dubbed version, the character Bear's voice just isn't quite deep enough.

Anyway, if you have G4tv, I strongly urge you to look into catching some episodes of Gungrave, you won't regret it.

Nothing exciting has been going on in my life. Just a lot of anime. And I've started another drawing. It shouldn't take me too long to finish it, it's not too detailed. And I already have plans for my next drawing after that.
I'm thinking I may go on a streak of drawing the hot guys of anime. Although, I'm a bit limited because there are so many I have not seen. Y_Y

Well, I'm gonna head out. Take care!

   Follow your destiny...
... for Wolf of Darkstar.

I normally post in the evening, but I missed it last night. So, I wanted to post today since I don't think I will tonight.

Well, first off I wanted to add a link to an article that is in PC World. This is a really disturbing article. An example of gaming going way too far!
http://www.pcworld.com/news/article/0,aid,121299,tk,dn060905X,00.asp

And then I ran across another article posted on the Otaku homepage. It is from the Washington post about otakus. Also, another disturbing article. Not because of the featured subjects, but because of the author. You can either go to the Otaku homepage, and click on Ghetto for Geeks, or go to this link Ghetto for Geeks

Well, I had a pretty good day yesterday. Spent most of the day on the computer, playing games and doing quizzes. ^_^

I have been watching a lot more anime lately. I try to catch it whenever I can. I also discovered Animidnight on Encore Action every Tuesday and Friday (though it comes on at 9 p.m., my time). Last night I watched Vampire Hunter D. It was pretty good. Next week will be X. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Also, I have been watching Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's a pretty cool show. I love the way the characters move when they bend the elements, it kind of reminds me of Tai Chi.

Yay! Tonight is Anime night! I'm really looking forward to catching another episode of Samurai Champloo.

One more thing... I'd like to say "Welcome back!" to my friend Sashiko.
And, "Goodbye and farewell!" to my friend Wolf of Darkstar.

Well that's all for now. Take care!

Follow the yellow line in the snow...
... thank you Kitsune!

Thursday was a pretty cool day. I did absolutely nothing that a person in my position should do.

I visited for a while with my good friend, Wolf of Darkstar, who I must mention graduated today, is leaving on Sunday, and will be gone for 5 months. I'm gonna miss him bunches. Congratulations! (I hope we can play checkers again before you leave.)

Then I decided to draw. I drew something that Wolf of Darkstar had asked me to draw sometime ago, but every time I attempted it, it never turned out right. Well, I gave it a few more attempts today and they were terrible! So, finally I got so aggravated, I just started drawing, not caring about what it looked like... it was actually turning out pretty good. So, I continued with it. After I finished it, I thought it looked great. I scanned it, and looked it over. Then I compared it to the reference pic, and I noticed a major mistake. The drawing is of Irvine from Final Fantasy 8, and it looked like his twin sister!!! I couldn't have that! I realized what was wrong with it, and fixed it. So, the final drawing is now in my fan art section. It's rather dark because I used the wizard on my scanner software. I think it looks better that way. Plus, if you look at the little metal things on his hatband, they really look like metal, it's pretty cool.

Anyway, that's how my day went. I hope everyone had a good day. I'm gonna end this now so I can get it posted. Take care all!

   Follow the butterflies...
...I'm on a roll here.

I want to thank everyone for looking at my newest fan art, and all of the great comments.

There was one particular comment that had me rolling on the floor, laughing. Thank you for the laugh, Kitsune. Your comment was great!

I have some really great friends here on otaku, and I really appreciate that. I can't help but feel like I owe you something. Ok, don't go crazy asking me for some really extreme favors or anything. But if there is something I can do for you, I'll try. Just let me know.

OH!!! Last night I watched Inuyasha, and Sesshomaru was on it. Ok, some of you might be thinking, "Yeah, so?". Well, I don't watch Inuyasha too often, (though I've been watching it more lately). And I just get excited when Sesshomaru is on... call me crazy.

Well, I'm gonna go and do something constructive, or perhaps destructive...

   Follow the white rabbit...
...yeah, I got a theme going here. I'm gonna have to come up with some more 'follow the something' phrases. ^_^

Ok, may I have your attention ladies and gents. *clears throat* There is now a brand new drawing in the fan art section. If you care to have a look, please kindly do so at this time.
hahahaha...

Seriously, though...it was nice getting back into drawing again. And as a bonus, I may submit another drawing that I had done about a week ago, but forgot about it. It was just a simple drawing I did with pen and colored pencils. But the more I look at it, the more I like it.

Anyway, I must be going to bed now. It is 12:09 am my time.

   Follow the yellow brick road...
Don't ask me why I put that in my subject line, for I do not know myself. It just popped in my head.

I have not been updating as much as I'd like, and I apologize. I am determined to spend the day on the computer and get to each and everyone's sites today, and check out some fan art. Also, I'm hoping to begin working on a drawing today. I'd like to do something really cool. But I haven't decided what yet. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Just keep in mind, I prefer to draw from reference pics. And the more difficult, the better. ^_^

Man, I wish I could say a little more about what's going on in my life, but life has just been really...uneventful for me.
Hmmm...let's see...
My youngest had her birthday on the 31st of May, she turned 4.

I found out that I finished the semester with a 3.25 gpa. Which is pretty good, but I think I could've done better.

Unfortunately, I haven't been watching much anime. I caught a bit of Trigun on Saturday night. It was the second episode. As much as I love all of the episodes, the eariler ones are so hilarious!
I've been wanting to watch Samurai Champloo, but I've only been able to see one episode so far. It's a bit ironic. From what I've seen so far, I find myself captivated by the character, Jin. He's the one with the glasses. This is why it's a bit ironic. For one, he wears glasses, I seem to prefer characters who wear glasses or sunglasses. (i.e. Vash, Beyond the Grave, Enishi...). And the other irony of it is that the voice of Jin is done by the same guy who does Brandon Heat/Beyond the Grave in Gungrave.
This gives me an idea...perhaps I will draw Jin.

Well, I'm gonna go and check out sites. And see if I can find a good Jin pic to draw.

   My slogan...
I ran across this on Kitsune Tsuki's site, so I had to get one of my own. I got a laugh out of this one. (Yes Kitsune, I was at your site. I just didn't comment because I got sidetracked, as you can see below.) ^_^

Anyway, I will update and visit sites later this evening.

Take care!

This is a test of the emergency background service, this is only a test...
I'm experimenting with a background pic I made for Pepperpippin. So, if you come to my site and see a different background, don't be alarmed, this is only a test.
If this had been an actual background change, you would have been instructed to kindly leave a comment or two on the new look.

   Fun, fun, and more fun!
Boy, I've been having the time of my life!
Went to a party Friday evening. Drank a bit too much. Spent most of the day Saturday hung-over, drinking tons of water to rehydrate myself. But the party was fun! It's not something I get to do too often.
Sunday was a day to play. I played on the computer for awhile, listened to music, watched movies, played FF8, I even drew a little bit. Btw, I'm still working on a drawing I started a while back. Something someone asked me to do, but I never got around to finishing. I'm hoping to get it finished soon.

Well, that's all for now. It's getting a bit too late (Sunday night) to visit sites, so I'll do it first thing tomorrow (Monday).

Take care!

   I'm back!
*Evil grin, rubs hands together*...let's see what kind of mischief I can get into.

I'm done with school for now. Woohoo! Party time!
Speaking of, I've been invited to an "out of school" party on Friday. That should be a lot of fun!

Anyway, finals went pretty good. I got 100% on my Intro to Internet Technology final. Which is a good thing, considering that's the class with all of the Web Development stuff, and that's what I'm going into.

And in case if anyone is wondering what happened with the fight to keep the program, well we didn't convince them to keep it. But I may be able to take online courses through another Idaho college in Web Development. My Internet Technology instructor thinks I should get a B.A.S. in it. That would be pretty cool!

I never did find my networking book, but my instructor gave me hers. I really don't care for the networking too much, but I'd still like to learn more of it in my spare time. (Did I just say spare time? What's that?) ^_^

Overall, I did pretty good in all of my classes. I won't find out what my grades are until May 31st. Which is also, my youngest daughter, Amber's birthday. She's going to be 4.

Well, that's all I'm gonna say for now. I just took a quick break from doing some much needed housework. So, I better get back to it. But I'll be on later this afternoon/evening to visit sites.

Take care all!
