She's still got it!
Right at this moment (11:55 p.m. Pacific Time, Saturday March 26), I am working on a drawing. I have been working on it off and on for a few hours now. I'm really happy with how it's looking so far and I can't wait to get it done and submit it.
I'll give ya 3 guesses what the drawing is of.
By the way, I said in my last post that I would get some more of my drawings re-submitted that day. Well, I didn't get them submitted that day. But they are there now. And I'll be re-submitting some more soon. I may submit all of the old ones before the new one.
And since it is almost Sunday for me, and probably already for most of you. I'll go ahead and say, Happy Easter! I hope you have a very nice one. It's supposed to rain here, so we'll probably do an indoor Easter egg hunt.
Have a good one, and take care!

spring break...
This is supposed to be a good time. I'm out of classes for the next nine days. So why am I not more happy???
Well, there has been a lot of events occuring lately here at home that just make things pretty bad. I've gotten behind in a lot of stuff. So, I had planned on getting caught up over the break. Which, of course I still plan to. But some things are beyond my control, unless I take drastic measures.
Now before I headed off to my one and only class today, my 13 year old daughter did something really stupid. So, I have that to deal with that.
Then, I get to school and I start hearing all these rumors about certain programs being eliminated. Particularly Web Design. What am I going to school for?...Web Design. At the end of class my instructor spoke about it a little, but she couldn't say too much. But on the next Tuesday after spring break, instead of meeting with our advisors, we are supposed to attend a meeting which will address the issue.
Can this day get any worse? I doubt it, but there's still quite a bit of the day left for me. So, we'll see.
I think it's time to drown out my problems in some really loud music. Speaking of, I've had some people ask me in the past what kind of music I listen to. I like all kinds of music actually. But my preference is Metal. I'm a hardcore Metalhead! A band I think is worth mentioning is Shadows Fall. This is a kick-ass band, if you like that kind of music. And they are currently on tour with Slipknot and Lamb of God.
Well, this concludes my depressing post. I hope everything is going better for all of my friends out there.

(Oh, one more thing, I am planning to re-submit a few more drawings today. So, keep an eye out for them)
UPDATE: I took this quiz and just had to add it to my post...

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!
40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

Hahaha...I just had to say that. It's one of my favorite Spongebob episodes.
Well, just a quick update. I resubmitted 3 more drawings. I kept forgetting that I had taken all of my drawings off and need to put 'em all back. (I'm just going to submit the best ones.)
So, if you have the time, take a peek at them. And I've said this before, I am not concerned with votes. Comments are cool, however. ^^
I apologize that I am not able to visit sites at this time. I have some studying to do. I will try to get around to sites in the next day or so. And thanks for visiting mine, I really appreciate it.
Take care!

What the @#%& is going on?!
Did anyone else notice something wrong Saturday night on Toonami? Yeah, Rurouni Kenshin wasn't on. It's not on next Saturday either. I'm pissed! They have two episodes of Dragonball GT on instead. This is wrong!
Well, I spent the weekend studying for a networking test. Here it is Monday, and my youngest daughter is sick. So, I will have to take the test tomorrow. (I know one of you is thinking, "Yeah right, sick daughter...likely excuse.") Well it's true! So nyah!
I just have to get through this week and then it's spring break...woohoo!
Maybe then I can try to draw a little or perhaps a poem...who knows???
Well, I'm gonna go.

*wanders off grumbling about no Rurouni Kenshin*

My boyfriend's back...
Yes!!!...Vash the Stampede is back on the air! I'm so happy...Trigun is now back on Cartoon Network (for those of you who don't know yet). They had episode 1 on Monday night, and 2 on last night. Though, I haven't checked to see exactly which nights it's on.
Hey, would you look at that...I almost made it a whole week since my last post. Hmmm...maybe I'll shoot for 2 weeks next time...nah, I can't do that. I only have to get through the rest of this week and all of next week, then it's spring break. So, if nothing else I should be able to post again at that time. ^_^
College?...eh, it's still the same. Not much to say there.
No new drawings, no new poems...this is turning out to be a pretty lame post (except for the Trigun part). Is my life really that boring? Yep, I do believe it's pretty uneventful. Lately, I have been forced to actually do more studying. The computers that are connected to the internet have been occupied, more of late, by others in my home. And since I don't watch much TV, I have been just spending more time studying. Is it doing me any good? That's yet to be seen.
Well, I'm gonna head out to visit sites.
Have a good one!

WARNING...SPOILERS AHEAD!
Ok, I have had a few people ask me what Gungrave is about. Well, I'm gonna try and sum it up as best as I can. I will not divulge what happens at the end, but I will have to mention a few things that happen that may spoil it for you if you haven't seen it. So, if you don't care about that, then proceed. But if you want to wait and see it for yourself, then don't read any further! ^_^
***********************************
Brandon Heat and Harry McDowel are best friends living in a city filled with crime. They are among a group of five young men, all sharing a friendship.
Harry is known as the 'smart' one, and somewhat of a ladies man. Brandon is the quiet one, but very good at fighting. He seems to have feelings for a young lady named, Maria. However, Maria lives with her uncle, who does not approve of Brandon.
The group of young men find themselves fighting a small syndicate headed by a man named, Deeds. Brandon and Harry are the only ones who survive.
Maria's uncle tries to help Brandon and Harry, but ends up getting killed himself.
Maria is now alone in a dangerous city. A friend of her uncle comes to visit her and invites her to live in his mansion.
Brandon sees her driving away in the car of Big Daddy himself, the boss of Millenion, the largest and most powerful syndicate in the city.
Harry and Brandon find themselves in another situation that they think they won't be able to escape from. But a group of men from Millenion show up and help them. Harry and Brandon decide to join the syndicate, with different goals in mind. Harry wants to rise up and become powerful someday. While Brandon knows that this is the only way he can remain close to Maria.
Over time they prove themselves very valuable to the syndicate. Harry with his cunning and intelligence, and Brandon an almost unstoppable force as a sweeper.
Brandon gained the favor of Big Daddy, occasionally going fishing with the aging, leader of the syndicate. They had spoke about Maria, and Big Daddy told Brandon to go see her. However, when he went to see her, he was very quiet and distant. Before he left he told her that he was a sweeper, and that's who he was. As he walked out, Maria began crying. It was clear that Big Daddy had fallen in love with Maria, and Brandon did not want to take that from him.
Big Daddy and Maria ended up getting married. While Brandon rose up to be known as the top sweeper for the syndicate.
Harry began seeing the daughter of Bear Walken, one of the more powerful men in Millenion. At some point, Bear gives Harry permission to marry his daughter, Sherry.
Brandon had made a promise to Big Daddy to never betray the syndicate. And in a particular conversation, being overheard by Harry. Big Daddy questioned Brandon of Harry's motives in the syndicate. Brandon assured Big Daddy that Harry would not do anything to betray. However, he told Big Daddy also, that he would not allow anyone to betray Millenion...no one!
Harry spoke to Brandon about getting rid of the boss of Millenion. Then the two of them could run the syndicate together, and most of all, Brandon could have Maria. Brandon pointed his gun at Harry...he would not betray the syndicate. But he could not pull the trigger. He dropped his gun to the floor.
Just then Harry pulled out his gun and shot Brandon multiple times in the chest. And as Brandon crashed through the glass in the elevator, Harry shot him in the left eye. Brandon fell to his death.
Now, Harry had been doing some dealings on the side without the knowledge of the syndicate. And he had been funding a scientific experiment to bring back the dead. It was called Necro-rise. Before Brandon died he knew all of these things that Harry had been doing. Yet he never told Big Daddy.
Everyone was under the impression that Brandon had betrayed the syndicate, and that is why he was killed. But Big Daddy had his doubts.
Later, Harry finally decided to get rid of Big Daddy and take control over Millenion himself. Once under the control of Harry McDowel, there were no other syndicates that could even compare to the power of Millenion with the aid of the Necro-rise. These were to become known as Orcmen.
There was an accident at one of the facilities and some of the Orcmen began killing people. Harry went to see what was going on. But he and some of the others fled for their safety. In the midst of all the chaos, a man appeared with shoulder length gray hair. He fought the Orcmen and defeated them. It was Brandon...
Secretly, Dr. Tokioka, who had been working for Harry previously, had used the Necro-rise on Brandon. And with his assistance it brought him back.
Dr. Tokioka had decided after that he should not have done what he did. So, he had Brandon just sleep.
13 years passed and Harry was at the height of his leadership of Millenion. He had his four most powerful men under him. Among them was Bear Walken, Balladbird Lee, Bob Poundmax, and Bunji Kugashira. All of them had worked alongside Brandon in the past.
Maria had went to live secretly with her daughter Mika. Until one night some men from Millenion showed up. Maria ordered her butler, and friend, Tokioka, to take Mika to safety. She told Mika to go to 'him'. He would protect her.
Tokioka and Mika barely escaped but, only to see Maria shot to her death. Tokioka knew where he needed to take Mika...to his brother, Dr. Tokioka. He explained everything to Mika on the way.
They were suddenly attacked by an Orcman. Tokioka held off the Orcman, and told Mika to go find 'him' and take a special case. With the case, Dr. Tokioka would know who she was.
Mika made it to Dr. Tokioka's mobile laboratory, which was contained inside of a large trailer.
The Orcmen surrounded the trailer. They began trying to break their way in. The tall, gray haired man rose and walked to the door, it flew open. He lept out over all of the white, humanlike creatures into the falling snow. As he landed his boots plowed a trail through the snow. He began to shake a little and then fell down to his knees. Mika was afraid he would not be able to get up. An Orcman approached him and just as he was about to attack, the man brought up one of his guns and blocked it. He rose up and began shooting with both guns destroying Orcmen one after another.
Mika asked if this was Brandon Heat. Dr. Tokioka told her that he was now 'Grave'...'Beyond the Grave'.
***********************************
Well, I think I'm gonna leave it at that. From that point on, Brandon, or now known as 'Grave', protects Mika and goes after the top executives of Millenion, particularly Harry, aka 'Bloody Harry'. You'll just have to watch the rest of it to see what happens after that. Whew...that took me longer than I thought. But I just couldn't type out some short little summary. There's so much to tell! ^_^
I hope you enjoyed today's storytime. I don't think I'll be doing it again for awhile...@_@
Have a good one!

Suppose that a polynomial of degree n is divided by...
*shakes head* Whoa...too much algebra! ^_^
Hmmm...I have a B+ in it by the way. I expected an A.
I finished Gungrave!!! It ended differently than I expected, but it's still good! Now, I will have to watch all 26 episodes over again.
Well, it's a short post. But I gotta go bury my nose into my math book again. o_O
I'll try to get around to sites later this evening.
Have a good one!

Who says Mondays are bad?
I got some really good news today. So, I'm in a great mood!
And it was a pretty good day at school. The weather is still nice. So, I'm just an all around happy camper.
Last night I watched some more of Gungrave. I'm now up to episode 15. It's getting really good!
Oh!!!...I just looked at my grades, not all of them are posted yet. But I now have 2 Bs, 1 C+, and I'm still waiting on my Math grade. So, as I said to begin with...this is turning out to be an awesome day!
Well, I'm gonna go listen to some really loud music now. Oh yeah, and visit sites...
Have a good one!

Nice sunny weather
Not much going on. The weather here has been just gorgeous! We've been getting into the upper 50s, to lower 60s. I love it!
I'm still waiting for my other mid-term grades. But I am almost positive my algebra will be an A. I did really good on my last test. (So, you can't point and laugh, Wolf of Darkstar) :P
Grrr...no Cup race today. It's only Busch series. I'm not much into Busch. Uh-well, I suppose this gives me more time to visit sites.
So, I'm off to see what everyone has been up to.
Have a good one!

Decent grades, next drawing, and questions
I got some of my mid-term grades today. In Networking I have a 78% C+, and in Internet Technologies I have an 83% B. I have yet to find out what I have in SAD and Algebra. But I know the algebra is good. XD
And SAD (systems analysis & design) should be pretty good too. OH! I found what I was looking for last night! Turns out, I have contributed more than some of my group members. *gives self a big pat on the back*
Ok, my next drawing project is going to be Grave. I am so into this guy, it's not funny! ^_^
And if you haven't looked yet in my fan art, I drew him as Brandon Heat before he dies. He's brought back as 'Beyond the Grave'.
********************
Ok, I got this from Wolf of Darkstar. Looks like it's my turn...
Ask me 4 questions. Any 4, no matter how personal, dirty, private, or random. I have to answer them honestly. In turn, you have to post this message in your own journal, and you have to answer the questions that are asked of you. However, If I don't feel the pressing need to answer them, and refuse, feel free to ask more questions.
Have a good one!
