Prior to writing this post, I was outside (it's only 9:40 PM my time, which is Pacific time) and there's my 8 year old son's bike, my 11 year old son's bike, and a 19 year old friend of ours, Josh's bike sitting right outside in front of our steps. I just thought that was kind of funny.

Anyway, my Thursday was horrible. I've discovered that most of my co-workers have the same opinion that I do about our boss. He's manipulative. I'm having serious doubts about how much longer I'm going to work for the guy. Ok, I'm going to say that I'm not a religious person. I just don't believe in any higher being or anything like that. However, my boss is very religious. I have nothing against anyone who is. A lot of my family is religious. Anyway, I would think that someone with such high morals (not that I don't have them), but someone who is so righteous should not behave the way this man does. Don't get me wrong, there is no misconduct in the sense that he is harassing anyone or anything like that. It's just that when I first started working for the guy he told me one thing, then he turns around and does something else. He has said that he plans on hiring more employees and getting out of the actual cleaning himself so he can spend his time finding more accounts. Well, he has gotten to the point now where he doesn't really help us out at all anymore. He just chats with the clients while we work our butts off. Or he just leaves to go do something else. It's really frustrating. I don't know if he just takes us for a bunch of idiots and figures he can get away with this, or what. But I'm getting really tired of it. I am normally a pretty open-minded person who tries to see things on different levels. I've tried to view it from his point of view. But all I can figure is that he doesn't give us enough credit for having as much intellect as we do. I guess maybe he figures that since we are women in our 30s-40s working for him, cleaning homes, we weren't smart enough to go out and get a better job. However, it is he, a 50 something year old guy, who can't seem to remember something you told him the day before.

I am so glad that the weekend is just about here. And actually today is going to be a decent day because it's the only house that I actually enjoy cleaning. I don't work with the boss, I work alone. And the clients are the coolest people. I love these Fridays (every other Friday).

I'm also having mixed emotions about my kids and their spring break. In a way I've enjoyed it because I haven't had to get my three youngest ones up in the morning and help get them ready for school. I've just had to worry about getting myself ready for work. However, since my kids have been home all week they have been at each others' throats... constant bickering. "Mah-ahm, he did this!" "Maah-aahm, she did that!" Makes a woman want to run screaming, pulling out her hair!

But then I settle down in front of the computer each night and visit my friends here on myO, and post. So, you guys end up reading all about my frustrations. Or sometimes, like the other day, I just don't feel like venting, so I have a very short post. Well, I finally vented all of this built up frustration over the week.

I apologize for this really long post that is a lot of complaining. I promise not to do this very often. I'm actually feeling a lot better now that I got it off of my chest. *deep sigh*

Ok, so I mentioned that I was going to add some more stuff to my posts. Well, here is something that I thought might be fun. Participate if you want to, if not, that's cool too. This game is called, The Last Word. I will start off by saying I have the Last Word. Then you describe a scene where you take the Last Word from me, or the person who commented before you, whichever you choose. There are no winners in this game, it's just fun with making up a scene by taking something that doesn't even exist. So, it begins here...

I have The Last Word...

And I hope everyone has a good Friday. I'm not sure if I'll post over the weekend. But I will most likely stop in and check PMs and such.

Take care.
