Hey, I wanted to apologize to those of you who I didn't visit yesterday. I updated Wednesday night and got to a few sites. It was getting late and I was tired, so I went to bed. Then on Thursday I wasn't feeling too good. So, I didn't get to everyone's sites. I will be doing that after I post this.

Ok, I don't do this too often. But since I've seen a lot of others do it, I felt it might be a good idea for this post. I'm going to post replies to comments on my blog post. I don't plan on doing this on a regular basis. But I think there were a few comments that I needed to reply to and I usually forget what it was I wanted to say to everyone when I visit their sites. So, here it goes.

sand dragon 19:
Yes, it is a miracle he isn't eating a donut. And thank you for the compliment on my site. I'm glad you like it.
As for drawing... practice, practice, practice. If you keep practicing, you'll get better.

CosmicSailor:
Yes, definitely set a goal to draw more this year. I read about you not making resolutions, but setting goals for yourself, and I think that is a wonderful idea. I might have to try that. I don't really set resolutions either, though I used to. It sounds like you have a lot of tools that you need to work on improving your drawing skills. And as I told sand dragon 19, practice.

Cheap digital cameras don't take good pics of anything, no matter how beautiful or how unattractive it may be. Though, they do tend to take better pics in natural light. I have found that I can fix up some of my poor pics with Paint Shop Pro a little.

Yensid:
You'll get the web design thing down. When I first started here on myO, I knew absolutely nothing about HTML. I went through a little bit of the FounderWeb.com's Interactive HTML Tutorial that is located in the text at the top of the page when you type out a post. I found that it really interested me. So, I looked into HTML extensively. I learned a little in a class I took at my community college last spring. And I bought some books. I've also learned a lot from the internet as well. Among all of my hobbies, that is the one I enjoy doing the most. I had hoped to get into a career in Web Design, and still do. However, it hasn't gone the way I had planned. (Long story.)

I have considered taking pics of the 18 x 24 drawings that I'd like to do. But my digital camera is really cheap and does not take very good pics, except like you said, in natural light. And there is the option of using a disposable camera. But I have some programs that I can use to piece together a large drawing using my scanner. So I may just go that route.

As for the recommendations, I am with you all the way on Gungrave.
It is my fave next to Trigun. And I do like Ghost in the Shell as well. I've also seen Vampire Hunter D, in fact I have it recorded on my DVR. Crying Freeman, I have not yet seen. So I will keep an eye out for it. And thank you.

Hehe... gender reassigment, I got a kick out of that. No, I had three moles removed from my face. Actually, this would be news to quite a few of my otaku friends, since I have gained a lot of new friends in the past few months. I had it done around the end of August. So, it's not really a major change. Though, I had one mole on my upper lip, near my nose, for close to 30 years. So, this was kind of a major change to me, and most who have known me most of my life. I have a before pic somewhere back in my archives, though I don't expect you to go digging around back there. ^_^
And thank you for the compliment.

BlAiZeD:
Yeah, I checked out Jigglyness' site and hers is very cool. There is one thing that I have to say as far as a cool site. You can learn all of the codes to make a site, but without good graphics, you have nothing. Or atleast in my opinion. Yes, you should definitely take a web design class if you have the opportunity.

I will most definitely check out Blood the Last Vampire and Blood+. Thanks for the suggestions.

devilsadvocate:
I hope my page doesn't cause problems for you. I tried to keep it simple. Though, I have quite a few images, they are rather small so they should load fairly easily. I have had times when pages on here have loaded slowly, so I hope that was the problem for you. If you continue to have problems with it, let me know. Thanks!

shadowkitsune98:
Thanks! I'm glad you like the bg, I made it. That is one of my wallpapers that I had submitted on here at one time. I still need to get my wallpapers resubmitted. o_O

DarkRosesSea:
Thank you! "your beauty shines like the fury of a thousand sun." That is one of the sweetest things anyone has ever said to me. ♥

RenoTheTurk:
Thank you for the tip on getting more than 1500 characters. I had noticed that some people seemed to be able to cheat the 1500 limit. I guess in all of my know-how on page design, there are some things I don't know.
When I first did the 100 comments thing, I was tempted to take it up to 1,000, but I figured that may be overdoing it. I think the most comments I have ever received at one time was maybe 15.

Thank you for the compliment. I wish I were 25 again. ^_^

Miyoko-chan:
At first, I didn't really have anything to reply to on your comment. But I did want to say that I know you don't go too long without drawing. I know how passionate you are about drawing, and with each drawing your skill level gets better.

Well, that's all for now. Take care, everyone.

Catcha later...
