Dorm!!!
I have officially moved into my dorm room and now am a college student. I have my side of the room all set up and worked out...however so far i have yet to see any sign of a roommate.

I got a print-out from the school with his name and email on it, but the email was wrong and i got no phone number or anythin of the sort to contact him. and thats if this person is still my roommate, he could have changed rooms already to be with a friend or somethin.

Its all good, i just wish i knew whether or not i would even have a roommate anymore. If i end up with this room all to myself i can do what i want with it....

I love havein a mini fridge!

the only down side i can see for this town is that i am still unable to locate a normal book store (not textbooks)...so until then my comics will have to wait

Lava and lightbulbs, they not mixin
Lava lamps are kewl, i had one but broke the lightbulb one night when i tripped over the cord. Unable to find a replacement i went without for quite some time.
Today while wandering around walmart i see a pretty kewl Lava lamp, green goo and blue water....it was like $15. so i was definately grabbin the lamp.

I get home with it a few hours later plug it in and i'm pretty sure.....THE BULB WENT OUT!!!

i want it to work sooooo much, so i can see floaty kewlness

american comic relapse
Its been a few weeks since i've gotten normal comics, i've been grabbing some manga here and there but neglecting my favorite story arcs and such.
I've missed a good deal of marvel's Civl War arc and its annoyin
theres only one place in my town and prolly anywhere near by that sells comics and i couldn't locate one in Ruston where i'm going
(if i can't find one then i guess i'll have other people pick them up for me....)
but if it gets to that then they may start criticizeng my habit....oh well

Countin Down
this week is my last of work cuz after that i only got a few days before i head off for college.
As of the 2nd i get to move into a room a third of the size of my room, with less stuff and a tinier bed. Plus i've never so much spoken with my roommate.....if he seems weird, i'll just have to out weird him first off. That way a basis is set and he won't screw with me.

Gotten all sorts of newer stuff for college, some new t-shirts cuz their the only kind i wear (lots of weird ones, plus i found an Evil Dead shirt...which is my favorite)
Plus i got these great new black and white Converse and they look good.

I'm thinkin bout takein my final check and buying a bunch of manga, cuz i was unable to locate a book store in this town (a non-textbook book store) so i gotta keep my supply up

i got 2 new Get Backers today but they won't last the week...

Burden of Nice Guys
always been stuck with it, but i have recently hit some fairly disturbing information.
Straight from the opposite gender comes the advice (as she said) that "girls are friends with nice guys...but **** bad guys"

i had my suspicions but that "advice" really screws with me.

can it really be that not seeing someone as a prize at the end of some game means i stand alone?

seeing things differently can drive u insane....
sometimes i'm just tired of tryin

Drowning in manga, which brings debt
i picked up some more manga recently, which is never a problem except i just started likeing another series.
I picked up the first volume of Get Backers, cuz it sounded interesting and i liked the art (ok so i saw fan service and violence, but still).

I liked it, and now i wanna read more. but its not a Viz comic, so every volume is $10....that is gonna drain me.
which is bad cuz after a few weeks i'm not gonna have a job anymore cuz i'll be in another state and the commute would be horrible.

On a random thought, running a retrieval business would be kewl. but then again so would being able to generate electricity
(i know i can't be the only one who would hold a lightbulb and make lightsaber sounds)

back from L
i been a.....gone for a little while, i'm not at libery to say much more than that. but i am allowerd back (yay!)

It seems i found a good week to sit around and watch tv. It seems there are several cheerleader based movies on television as of late. I uh....enjoy them for their plot and satireing of common practices...(all of which comes through full force on mute)

Other than my lecherous adventues i've mainly been playing video games and working...just waitin out the days til college, which is now less than a month away.
I got the new Tekken: Dark Ressurection game and thats been consumeing most of my time.
for those who know what i mean, i rule with Hwoarang (i'm the King of kicks).

Attention Random's readers
The man known as Captain Random is currently in my custody under suspicion of him being the famed Kira
or rather, as i....L, suspect he is one of many with such an ability. This Random person has been linked to the mysterious disappearances of numerous silent street performers otherwise known as mimes.

He shall remain in my custody until his innocence is otherwise proven.

I make this entry for two reasons, one out of a mild concern to maintain his continuity to his readers (all 7 of you) and on the theory that some of these readers may in fact be involved in such Kira activities (only a 7% probability of suspision, but enough to act upon)

fishie fishie fishie
i talked my mom into getting a fish tank last night.

I just finished setting it up a minute ago, i'm gonna let it run a while before getting fish (its to clean the water and and get it room temperature and stuff.

Hope it all works out cuz its should be pretty kewl. Why did Captain Random get an aquarium u ask....
it glows, is colorful and has moveing objects (colorful and slightly glowing little fishies)
so basically its somethin kewl to stare at for long periods of time.

PSP back in play
My PSP has been collecting dust so i searched for a new game.
Being as wary as i am bout spending money i spent most of yesterday looking up stuff on games. I wanted the new Tekken: Dark Resurection cuz it looked pretty kick ass, but it doesn't come out til the 25th.
Instead of waiting til then i picked up somethin that sounded pretty kewl too, Daxter.

The newer game based on Jak's furry orange sidekick. Never played the Jak and Daxter games but i read alot bout them yesterday (includeing the entire of all the games, which kinda ruined it).

Already played around with the furry orange fellow and the game was worth it. 2 hours in and i've already taken part in a great Matrix parody as a mini game.

I know kung fu?
