Stayed home today, which was nice, but I think I may have plenty of make-up work to do. I've just been on the comp today. Here's a fun little thing to do if your're bored:

Well, now my newspaper and my home computer are screwy. My wireless connection at home is all effed up, and my newspaper computer is still randomly shutting down. Which means I can't get my article done and it's due tomorrow. *nodnod* Isn't technology wonderful?

Aside from that, I haven't been up to much (since my comp is down). Out of sheer boredom, I was memorizing the Japanese lyrics to the opening song of Full Metal Alchemist. I got pretty good at singing it... Cept for those really fast parts...but that's besides the point. What was the point again? <_< >_>

*hums Christmas songs* I think I'm kinda getting ahead of myself here, but I'm already in the Christmas spirit. I went and bought presents for all my friends and even managed to finish one of the manga I got for Flueky. She knows that's what I was getting her, so it doesn't matter if she reads it here or not. *clamps hand over mouth* I'm having trouble not telling what all I got. Anyone else have that problem when they buy gifts?

Anyway, I still have a section to finish of my research paper *makes face* Not fun, but oh, well. I hope I can get it done

And I also hope my printer/scanner gets set up soon. I need to submit some arts...v.v I'm going through art-submission withdrawal, lol. I've put up a few greetings too. They're doing ok, I think. ^_^
Anyway. Imma go...take a break and make a new greeting maybe. I'm tired of this paper...

D4mn 1t.
I dunno how long I have to post, so I'm trying to hurry. Murphys law is in full swing now, with this damn research paper (scuse the language, Im not happy) and newspaper class. I didn't sell and ad, but I have 4 hundreds and I'm still failing with a 55. Yeah. And so are...maybe three of my friends. And the comps are shutting down every three minutes or so like they did yesterday, and the library is full, so we can't use those comps either. And the paper, most of it, is due friday. And what's due monday, I have to work on on the weekend, prolly at britt's house, though I want to have a sleepover (and here it goes again I have 45 second sto finish) I think I'm about to just say screw it and give up. I feel like crying

Oh, my beloved! How I have missed you!
*huggles computer* Yay! It's fixed! ^_^ No scanner yet, but...^_^

Well, it's a good ending to an otherwise sucky day. See, it started out with Britty deleting this stuff for our research paper (which was my fault, really, since I did't know she was asking me if she should delete that stuff, and I told her she could) and I was having stomach problems. Then, as I was leaving the bathroom, these two Spanish guys look straight at me and say, in Spanish, "ugly chick" and start laughing. I dunno, maybe I misunderstood, but I'm pretty sure that's what they said. So, anyway, I called home and left early.

Once home, I napped til I felt better, then decided to try cooking something. These weird things called "nun puffs" or something, found it in a cookbook. Anyway, they seemed easy to make. The only problem was, I had no flour. So, in a great moment of genius, I decided to use pancake mix.

Let me tell you, pancake mix is not a suitable substitute for flour.

First, when I started baking them, they started rising uncontrolably. They were about 5 times the size they should've been, and they were all stuck together. I baked them about 15 minutes(out of the minimum 30) before they started to burn. Then, when I took them out of the oven...they deflated. They looked like wrinkly pancakes. Oddly enough, when covered with honey, they still tasted okay...

Then, I watched
Read or Die, the TV series. Or, most of it, I think. I can't seem to find the last episodes...I got up to twelve, though I think I was missing 7 and 8. But now, I have to look all through Gungrave to try to find them. *sighs* But yeah, Read or Die is good ^_^ I think I partly like it because I like books as well...

Anyway, I gotta go now. Talk later ^_^ *runs off to finish Read or Die*

Edit: Well, it seems TechTV cut off Read or Die at epi 12, cuz I have it recorded about twice over on various tapes and Gungrave always comes on directly after epi 12. Which sucks, badly. *sighs and goes to check out the techTV site to see what's up*

o.O Breathing down your neck...
Certain people love to breathe down your neck, don't they? *looks at Britt* ^_^ Lol, just kidding. Sorry. We sit next to each other in newspaper, so she often reads while I'm typing.

My comp still isn't hooked up...Sorry to all you guys who I haven't caught up too. I don't like to comment on many people's sites at school, you know? Maybe I'm weird...Whatever. I will go back to you when I can, though. And post the arts I've drawn. I have an idea for another one to work on too...though I don't expect it to turn out very well...

I watched the first eps of Ghost in the Shell and Full Metal Alchemist last night. Ghost in the Shell was...different. I'll wait til I watch more to pass judgement on it ^_^. Full Metal Alchemist, though, I definitely liked. Though I think I have too much time on my hands...I was doing calculations on those ingredients he read off and was trying to see how much all that might cost. *begins drawing transmutation circle...*

Other than that, I'm ok. I still have homework in History. Just a worksheet, though, so I'll live. I just wish I could have my home computer back up...I have no scanner, or much privacy for that matter <_< >_> Too many people around, watching my every move...hidden cameras...those window mirrors...they're after me... o.o Lol. Sorry. I was reading a poem by Stephen King recently, went something like that.

Anyway, I'm gonna stop now and save you all the grief of trying to understand my insanity. ^_^ Buh-bye!

I'm still alive. My only problem is...my comp at home won't work. It has a virus or something, my dad says... But anyway. Do you guys like the snowflakes or are they annoying?

If I can ever get my scanner and all back up, I have some art to submit. Key word, if. *nodnod*

Britty and Mitzy and me are all trying to get this darn first draft done for English, and I really don't think it's gonna get done. *sigh* Oh well. I also have a biology paper due sometime soon, but I dunno exactly when...

For now, Imma go try to get some of this stupid paper done. I'll comment on your guys sites later. ^_^;; Sorry, Darke, I've meant to read the rest of your See No Evil (i've missed the last...two chapters I think...) but with my home comp down, and articles to type in newspaper, and reading Megatokyo ^_^;; I haven't really found time yet *nervous look*.

Anyway. If I don't get off now, I won't have anything at all to show my English teacher tomorrow. Wish me luck...

Oh, did anyone watch Full Metal Alchemist last night on Cartoon Network? Was it any good? I had it set to timer record on my VCR, since I was at Britty's working on that paper -_-' But I haven't watched it yet. More than likely, I won't get around to it til tommorrow. I have probably twenty hours of recorded anime that I haven't watched yet v.v Gyaaaa....

o.o Heehee. I meant to get off here two paragraphs ago. I should probably go now... *runs off to go work on paper v.v*
